3、) describes the Site Safety Policy (SSP) and is applicable to all work completed at the XXX Project. 本施工现场安全手册“本手册”介绍了现场安全的规范并适用于XXX项目。1.1 Safety Policy Statement 安全方针声明The safety and protection of the general public, visitors, and Contractor/Subcontractor employees are of primary importance. Precau

6、 and local regulations of Shanghai.符合所有适用中国国家法律和上海的地方法规。It is our intent that all General Contractor, Contractors, Subcontractors and all other parties working on site must comply with the Manual, applicable National and Shanghai Safety and Health Regulations and applicable requirements of other com
7、petent authorities. It is the responsibility of General Contractor, Contractors, Subcontractors and other parties working on site to obtain current copies of applicable regulations, policies, and procedures and satisfy themselves of their compliance.总承包商、承包商、分包商以及其他所有现场工作人员必须遵守本手册、适用的国家和地方安全环保法规/条例以

10、ns 定义Site Safety Policy (SSP): Defines the minimum requirements for the organization of safety responsibilities, for safety programs and key requirements that represent significant hazards or represent best practices in the prevention of injuries and accidental losses in construction. The SSP is def
11、ined in the Construction Site Safety Manual.现场安全政策：定义了相关组织对于安全责任及安全项目的最小要求，同时对重大隐患或预防意 外伤害和现场事故的最佳实践的关键要求也给出定义。现场安全政策在本手册中有详细定义。Construction Management Company: Either Shen Construction Company or the XXXX Management Company, the entity responsible for the overall management of the construction work

This individual must be dedicated solely to safety-related responsibilities and have appropriate certification and experience to fulfill the duties

22、Site Safety Responsibility 工地安全职责The General Contractor is responsible for the implementing the safety program for all work within their scope and ensuring safe working conditions, safe practices in conducting the Work and compliance with all national and local statutes and regulations.总承包商负责所有工作范围内
23、的安全项目实施工作，确保安全的工作条件，落实安全实践和满足所有国家和当地法令、规范。The General Contractor is responsible to ensure that all contractors, subcontractors, suppliers and vendors who are on the work site are fulfilling their obligation to provide safe working conditions, safe practices in conducting their work and compliance wi

30、ding to the “Production Safety Law of PRC”.总承包商、承包商、分包商必须按照中华人民共和国安全生产法的要求，安排安全管理人员。As per the requirement of the Ministry of Housing and Urban-Rural Development (MOHURD), the General Contractor shall establish a safety department with one safety manager and at least two safety management personnel.
