    24、生的听力理解能力;练习环节中的“介绍你的朋友”激发了学生的参与热情;使每一位学生都有了用英语交流的机会和勇气。3、抓住学生的兴趣点,调动学生说英语的欲望我在课前设计了一张针对“朋友”的调查表。围绕“谁是你的好朋友?”“你能描述一下你的朋友吗?”这两个问题对同学进行问卷调查。在备课时,我根据调查结果选择了学生最感兴趣的、最有典型意义的人物材料进行教学设计,使学生有话可说。这些真实的情境极大地调动了学生的积极性,激发了他们说英语的欲望。同时,本节课有以下几点值得进一步思考和讨论:1、在小组合作交流环节中,由于存在两极分化现象,导致一部分学生在交流中很容易就能表述自己的观点,而不再认真认真倾听其他同学的表述,而有些同学表述非常困难,却得不到适当的帮助。如何设计合理、科学的小组学习活动和规则值得教师进一步思考。2、时间安排不够合理,教学内容安排太多。最后整体输出时留给学生的时间不充裕。教师应考虑将复习的过程在缩短一些,将整个教学过程再精简一些。3、如何使整节课的学习活动更好地兼顾学生的差异,使每一位学生都能在课堂上获得的成功的体验,从而促进全体学生的发展,这一问题一直困扰着我。比如,教学目标是否可以再细化为不同层次的要求,问题和作业能否更好地体现不同的难度层次等。
