一、概述General:
本方案为2-PH钢结构和设备防火涂料保护施工制定。
Thismethodstatementispreparedforthefireproofcoatingofsteelstructureandequipmentin2-PH.
二、参照标准ReferenceStandards:

三、防火工程范围FireproofRange
1.防火高度FireproofHeight:
设备防火高度应为地基以上7.3米(详见附件1防火一览表)。
SurfaceofequipmentshallbefireproofeduptoEL7.3mfromgrade(seeattachment1fireproofinglist).
2.防火范围FireproofScope:
落地钢塔、立式容器的防火构件为钢塔、立式容器的裙座外壁、设备底座、底座锚栓,当钢塔、立式容器的裙座有人孔时,裙座内壁也须做防火。

steelcolumn,outerwallofskirt,equipmentbase,baseanchorbolt.Ifthereismanholeatskirt,innerwallofskirtshallalsobeincluded.
设备裙座人孔内泛边不做防火,外泛边做防火。
Fortheinneredgeofthemanholeatskirtoftheequipment,fireproofisnotrequired,buttheouteredgeneedsfireproof.
3.防火材料、防火做法FireproofCoatingandPreparation:
采用厚型防火涂料。
Usethickfireproofcoating.
防火工作结束后对表面涂刷面漆,颜色为RAL7035,厚度为50um(两遍漆)。
Applythefinishcoatingtothesurfaceafterthefireproofingwork.Its

thicknessisover50um(towlayers),thecoloroftopcoatingisRAL7035(lightgray).
落地钢塔、立式容器裙座的防火采用挂镀锌钢丝网涂室外厚型防火涂料的做法。
Skirtoffloorsteeltowerandverticalvessel:
useoutdoorthickfireproofingcoatingwithgalvanizedsteelwiremeshshallbeused.
4.耐火等级与耐火极限FireResistanceRatingandFireEndurance:
落地钢塔、立式容器设备裙座耐火等级为一级,耐火极限为最小1.5小时。
Skirtsoffloorsteeltowerandverticalvessel:
fireresistanceratingshallbeGrade1andaminimumfireendurancebe1.5hours.
四、施工方案ConstructionMethod
材料选用:
上海平海涂料有限公司生产的PHA-SW室外厚型钢结构防火涂料MaterialSelection:
OutdoorthicksteelstructurefireproofingcoatingPHA-SWproducedbyShanghaiPinghaiCo.Ltd.
○涂料选用的总体原则说明GeneralPrincipleofPaintingSelection
A、符合业主工程设计文件钢结构防火涂料方案中对涂料品牌的要求和规定;Meetrequirementsandregulationsforthepaintingbrandintheengineering
documentsofsteelstructurefireproofcoatingbyOwner;
B、涂层之间有较强的配套性、外观等性能要求;
Meettheperformancerequirementsofcompatibilityandappearanceforcoatings.C、选用的产品具有较强的施工性能,在符合一切技术要求的前提下,能最大限度地减少施工上的困难和不便;
Theselectedproductshouldbefeasibletoconstruct,meetalltechnicalrequirementsandminimizethedifficultyandinconvenienceinconstruction.
D、在满足性能及其他各项要求的同时,尽可能选用较为经济型的产品,以便合理控制整体工程成本。
Theproductshouldbeeconomicalwhilemeetingtheperformanceandotherrequirements,inordertocontrolthewholeprojectcostreasonably.
○选用的防火涂料特点介绍CharacteristicsoftheSelectedFireproofCoating:
PHA-SW室外钢结构厚型防火涂料防火性能好,耐火极限高,符合一般设
计要求;
FortheoutdoorthickfireproofingcoatingPHA-SW,thefireproofperformanceisverygoodwithlongfireendurance,whichcanmeetdesignrequirements;
粘结强度高:
≥0.04MPa
Cohesionalstrength≥0.04MPa
涂层弹性好,不会开裂或整块脱落失去防火性能。

Thecoatingshouldberesilient,whichcannotcrackorfalloffandlosefireproofperformance.
(一)防火涂料耐火时间与施工厚度(见附件1)

1)耐火时间FireResistancePeriod
防火涂料的耐火时间最短为1.5小时。
Aminimum1.5hoursoffireresistanceperiodagainstHydrocarbonFireshallbeapplied.

ThethickfireproofcoatingshallbeappliedfortheEquipmentStructure,EquipmentSupport(suchastheskirt,leg,bracketandsaddle),PipeRack,EquipmentStructure;anditshallbeconstructedbytrowelasperJB-OPMT-10-005.3)EquipmentSupport
Thetotalthicknessabout50mmoftoweledfireproofingcoatingshallbeappliedforequipmentsupportsuchastheskirt,leg,bracketandsaddle.
4)EquipmentSupportSteelStructureandPipeRack
Thetotalthicknessabout50mmoftoweledfireproofingcoatingshallbeinaccordancewithGB14907-2002.Athicknessof25±2mmshallbeappliedforEquipmentSupportSteelStructureandPipeRack.
EquipmentSurfaceforinsulatedEquipmentbyHotinsulationmaterial
Thetotalthicknessabout25mmoftoweledfireproofingcoatingshallbeappliedforinsulated(byHotinsulationMaterial)shellbodythatisrequestedasfireproofinginsulation(upto7.3mfromgrade)inBEP3.(seeattachment1)
Fireproofingcoatingaroundequipmentnozzles(includingmanhole)isnotrequestedinconsiderationofmaintenancepointofview.
CoatingforFireproofingCoatingSurface
Afterfireproofcoatingconstruction,itsfireproofingcoatingsurfaceshallbeprotectedwithsealingflameretardantpolymercoating.Itsthicknessisover50um(twolayers),thecoloroftopcolorisRAL7035(lightgray).

(二)施工工艺及流程ConstructionProcessandProcedure
1)施工工艺ConstructionProcess
1.1隔热型防火涂料涂装InsulationFireproofingCoating
A.隔热型防火涂料涂装施工准备工作:
Preparation:
(1)施工前做好施工人员的安全技术培训,所有参加施工人员应经过培训合格后方能上岗.施工安全按SH3505-1999《石油化工施工安全技术规程》现场要求执行。
Beforethecommencement,carryoutsafetyandtechnicaltrainingtoallworkers.Onlyallinvolvedworkersarequalifiedcantheyassumetheposition.TheconstructionsafetyonsiteshouldcomplywithSH3505-1999“TechnicalSpecificationforConstructionSafetyinPetrochemicalEngineering”
(2)现场需设有堆料棚,防火涂料进入棚内,并要下垫跳板,上盖篷布,堆放整齐,严禁散包受潮。
Thesheltershouldbeerectedtostorematerialsonsite.Forthefireproofcoatingintheshed,makesurethatthereisplankunderneathandtarpaulinabove.Stackthematerialsinorder.Loosepackingandmoistureisnotallowed.
(3)各种施工机械要检修完毕,试运正常。
Allconstructionmachinesshouldbemaintainedandthetrialrunshouldbenormal.
B.隔热型防火涂料涂装施工的环境条件:
EnvironmentalConditions:
(1).工作场地:
涂装工作应尽可能在室外进行,并应保持环境的清洁、干燥,以防止已涂装好的任何表面被灰尘、水滴、焊接下溅或其它脏污粘附在上面而影响质量。
Workingplace:
Trytocarryoutthepaintingworkoutside.Keeptheenvironmentcleananddrytopreventthatthepaintedsurfacebeingcontaminatedbydust,waterdrop,weldingslagorotherdirt.
(2)环境温度:
施工进行时的环境温度一般控制在5-35℃之间(指涂料施工到涂层干燥固化前的整个过程期间)。
风速小于5m/s
Ambienttemperature:
Theambienttemperatureisusuallykeptat5-35℃forconstruction(thewholeperiodfromthecoatingworkstartingtillthedryingandsolidificationofthecoating).Thewindspeedshouldbelessthan5m/s.
(4)相对湿度:
涂装施工应控制相对湿度在85%以下。
当钢构件表面有结露时不宜作业。
RelativeHumidity:
therelativehumidityshouldbecontrolledbelow85%forpainting.Itisnotfittoworkifthereisdewonmembersurface.

(5)其它方面:
对钢构件需在安装现场进行焊接的部位,应按标准留出规定的长度不涂刷防火涂料,事后进行修补工序。
Otherfactors:
Forthesteelmemberwhereneedsweldingonsite,leavetherequiredlengthnottoapplyfireproofcoating.Thencarryoutthetouch-upprocedurelater.
C涂覆施工CoatingConstruction
SG本工程隔热型防火涂料采用喷涂与抹涂施工。
Inthisproject,theinsulationfireproofingcoatingusessprayingandbrushing.
基层防锈处理复检
Re-inspecttherust-prooftreatmentofthebaselayer
作好防污措施及脚手架搭建等准备工作
Makepreparationssuchasantifoulingmeasureandscaffoldingerection,etc.
基层防锈表面除污去杂处理
Removethedirtanddebrisontherust-proofsurfaceofthebaselayer
作好安全,技术交底工作

隔热型防火涂料的施工方法:
Constructionmethodofinsulationfireproofingcoating:
a).按生产厂家提供的材料配比,用搅拌机充分搅拌至所需要的稠度和粘度备用.Accordingtothematerialproportioningprovidedbythevendor,mixthematerials
completelytotherequiredconsistenceandviscositybythemixer.
b).采用喷涂机具,喷涂或刷涂底层涂料,涂覆率大于70%,相隔24小时后抹涂一层5-10㎜再相隔24小时以上再涂抹一层5-10㎜再相隔24小时以上涂抹至所需厚度
Usethesprayingmachinetosprayorbrushtheprimerpainting,coveringmorethan70%;after24h,applya5-10mmcoating;after24h,applya5-10mmcoatingagain;after24h,applytotherequiredthickness.

D流程如下Procedure:
由于在实际施工过程中,受施工的程度、施工面积、构件形状、大小等诸多因素的影响,需要在过程中不断自检,抽点测量厚度,最后对于厚度不足部位加以修补。
Theactualconstructionisinfluencedbymanyfactors,suchasconstructiondegree,constructiondimension,membershape,sizeandothers,sothatself-inspectionshouldbecarriedoutconstantly.Checksomepointsforthethickness.Atlast,forthe

positionswhereitisnotthickenough,carryouttouch-uppainting.
(三)粘钉与挂网CohereForcerandMeshBinding
a).保温钉要求InsulationNailRequirements:
A、粘钉:
用万能胶把成品保温钉粘结在构件上,距离300mm×300mm,常温固化时间48小时后再开始挂网.
Coherenail:
coherethefabricatedinsulationnailstothecomponentsbythe
all-purposeadhesivewithspace300mm×300mm.After48hofsolidifyingatnormaltemperature,starttobindthemesh.
B、保温钉固定好后,刷涂或喷涂打底料常温48小时后开始挂网,将保温钉压弯把铁丝网固定。
Afterfixingtheinsulationnails,starttobindthemeshafter48hofthepaintingorbrushingtheprimer.Fixthewiremeshbybendingtheinsulationnails.
C、设备裙座已焊接焊钉或粘接60mm长的保温钉,在第一遍底料干燥后绑扎直径0.5-1mm,洞距20mm×20mm铁丝网。
Fortheequipmentskirtwhichhasalreadyweldedwithweldingnailorbondedwith60mmlonginsulationnails,afterthedryingofthefirstprimer,fixthewiremeshwithdiameter0.5-1mmandholedistance20mm×20mm.
D、以上3条的保温钉横竖间距为300mm左右在型钢转角处必须粘结保温钉或焊钉,以利于铁丝网的紧固。
Fortheinsulationnailsmentionedintheabove3items,bondtheinsulationnailsorweldingnailsatthecorneroftheshapedsteelapproximatelyevery300mmhorizontallyandverticallytofixthewiremesh.
