-Establishaspecifictimeperiodforinterviewinganddonotallowinterruptions.
-Evaluatetheapplicantasacandidateforaspecificjob.
-Focusonlyonskillsthatarenecessarytoperformthejob.
-Ifdisabilityisknown,checkwithStaffingtoensureneededaccommodationshavebeenmadefortheinterviewprocess.
-Ifdisabilityisknown,inquiriesastothenatureorseverityofthedisabilitycannotbediscussed.
