Theproblemis,Chinahasinvolvedincountlessprocessesofproduction,butdoesn’tnecessarilyhavetheintellectualpropertyrights.Ifallwecanbeispartofthelow-cost,labor-orientedproductionprocess,we’llremaininapassive,disadvantagedpositionandgraduallyloseourcompetitiveedgeintheglobalarena.TodevelopChina’screativeindustry,transformingproductsfrom"madeinChina"to"createdinChina"hasbecomeoneofChina’smajortasks.
