UnitThreeAtthezoo
单元教材分析
本单元是本册教材的第三单元,教学内容贴近学生的生活和实际,有利于培养他们在真实的语言情景中运用英语进行交际的能力。
本单元分为A、B、C三部分。
A部分主要呈现四个形容名称的词汇thin,fat,short,tall。
使学生在语境中运用Lookatthat...It’s(so)...来交流图片的动物特征。
学习字母Ii在单词中的短音发音/i/。
B部分主要是通过动物园中的鸵鸟继续呈现四个形容词small,big,short,long。
B部分的Let’stalk是在A部分的基础上的延伸,进一步学习并能够在真实语境中区分和运用“Ithasa/an+形容词+单数身体部位”和“Ithas+形容词+复数身体部位”的句型。
让学生通过情景会话,巩固和运用已经学过一些身体部位的单词,让学生能够根据实际情况进行灵活回答。
在Starttoread中提供了两个活动,Readandmatch是本单元核心句型It’sa/an.../Ithasa/an...的句子认读活动。
Choose,sayandguess是一个综合运用核心句型的口语猜谜活动。
Let’scheck部分检测学生对本单元重点词汇、句子的掌握。
C部分是拓展部分,它以Storytime的形式将A、B两部分的内容巧妙的联系起来,促进学生综合语言运用能力的发展。
本单元的教学重点是描述动物的形容词;教学难点是学生学会描述动物的有关句型。
在设计本单元教学活动时,教师要通过创设真实的情景、灵活多样的教学活动、突出教学重点、突破教学难点,让学生易学、易接受。
教学的环节要充分体现以学生为主体、以活动为中心,突出实用性和创新性,使学生由感知到理解,由理解到运用,不断循环反复地学习和运用本单元的教学内容,落实好教学目标。
单元教学目标
一、知识目标
A.能够听、说、认读单词:
tall,short,fat,thin,big,small,long.能够听懂、会说单词:
giraffe,so,children,tail.
B.能听懂、会说句型It’s(so)tall/short/...Ithas…
C.掌握字母元音字母i在单词中的发音/i/,了解其在闭音节中的发音规律。
D.能够理解Let’schant中的内容并能熟练而有节奏感地吟唱。
E.能够理解Let’ssing和Storytime的内容,会唱歌曲。
二、能力目标
A.能够正确使用所学的形容词描述动物的外貌特征。

B.能够在图片、实物情景的帮助下运用句型It’s(so)...Ithasa/an...描述动物并听懂别人的描述。
C.能够正确说出字母i在单词中的短音发音/i/,并能够根据其发音规律拼读学过的语音例词。
三、情感态度、文化意识、学习策略
A.通过对动物的描述,进一步提高学生对动物的热爱,并能了解动物是我们人类的朋友,培养学生热爱大自然的情感。
B.能通过英语与美术、音乐等学科进行整合,提高学生的审美情趣和审美能力。
C.注重小组合作学习,培养学生相互沟通和交流的能力,逐步养成自主学习的习惯。
D.逐渐掌握自然拼读法的发音规律,能够逐步做到见到符合发音规律的词能拼读,听到符合发音规律的词能拼写。
