2.1ProjectReview

ThisprojectinvolvesinstallationworksofcoalhandlingsystemofDuyenHai1ThermalPowerPlantProject.Thecoalwillbeanthracite（Cam6A，HonGai-CamPha）fromnorthVietnam.Theannualconsumptionofcoalwillbe318800ton.Thecoalwillbetransportedtocoalunloadingwharfofplantbymeansofseaandtransportation.Beltconveyorwillbeusedforcoalconveyingfromwharftocoalbunkerbay.

Themainauxiliaryequipmentinclude:

stackerandre-claimer,tiltedrollerscreen,coalcrusher,materialregulator,power-drivenploughunloader,electricwaterwiper,hopperwallvibrator,coalyardsprayer,trestleflusher,coalchute（hopper）andliningplate.Theoverviewofsubsystemofcoalhandlingsystemisasfollows:

2.1.1Coalstorageyard

Twoparalleledthrough-typebucket-wheelstackerandre-claimerlinearcoalyardisdesignedforthisproject.Andalsodrycoalshedofspacesteeltrussstructureisdesigned.

Onebucketwheelstackerandre-claimerisarrangedforeachcoalyard,with4coalbulldozers（TY－220）and1wheelloaderasauxiliaryequipmentforcoalstackingandconveying.Thebucketwheelstackerandre-claimeranditsmainparametersareasfollows:

thereisonecoalcrushingroominthisplant,wheretworinghammercoalcrusher（800t/h）willbeinstalled.Coalcrusherandelectricmotorisconnectedbyhydrauliccouplertoreducestartingcurrent.Independentfoundationandspringisolationpedestalareadoptedforcoalcrusher.Twosetsoftiltedrollerscreen（1200t/h）willbeinstalledincoalcrusherroom,andtheinletofscreenisequippedwithswitchingbaffle,sofuelcoalcanbepassedtoC6A/Bbeltconveyorthroughbypassifnecessary.
