OptimizationAnalysisOfscraperSpacingOfScraperConveyer
Abstract
ThesizeofscraperspacingaffectstheefficiencyofthescraperconveyertransportationTherefore,itisnecessarytodeterminethescraperspacingreasonably.Inthispaper,arathercomprehensiveequationofscraperthrustingforceisobtainedbytheanalysisoftheprocessunderstresswhenthescrapermovesthematerialintheloadsideofthescraperconveyerandtheconsiderationofthefrictionforcethatbothsidesofthematerialtriangularprismbodyinthescraperget.Afterwards,theformulathatdescribesthescraperspacingisdeducedandthefactorswhichaffectthescraperspacingareanalyzed.Andtherelationshipsbetweenthescraperspacingandboththescraperchainandmaterialmovementresistanceintheloadsideandthechainmovementresistanceinthenon-loadsideofthescraperconveyerareanalyzed.Thentheoptimizationofscraperspacingisfulfilledwhichminimizestheresistanceofoperation.

1Introduction
Thescraperconveyeristhekeyequipmentofthefullmeclhanizationworkingsurface.Duetothedevelopmentoftheequipmentmanufacturetechnology,theworkingsurfacescraperconveyerisrequiredtohavehighefficiencyoutput,hightransportcapacity,longertransportationdistance,andhigherreliability.Butthescraperspacingcanaffecttheefficiencyofentiretransportationprocess.Sincethescraperconveyermovementworkingconditionisbad,ifscraperspacingisoversized,thechainlinkstretchingmaycausethecenterchainlinkinthestraketostretchandtoskid,whichleadstothestretchingofthenextscraperandtheunloadingcoalboardtohavethechainstopped,orevenbrokendown.Therefore,todetermineareasonablescraperspacingisimportantundertheconsiderationofimprovingthetransportationefficiencyandthepreventionofoccurringaccidentofchainbroken.
Theformerresearchonthescraperspacinglacksthesystematicalandtheoreticalanalysis.Manyfactorsareneglectedduringthedeductionofthescraperspacingequation,especiallytheprocessofconveyerscraperpushingthematerial.Theinfluenceofthefrictionforcebornebythematerialtriangularprismbodybetweenboththescrapersidesissignificantandcannotbeneglected.Dueto.thisfactor,thestressanalysisofpushingthematerialtothescraperiscarriedoutagain.Undertheconditionthatthematerialbetweentwoscrapersisstable,thescraperspacingformulaofthemaximumvalueofthescraperspacingisobtained.Andafterwards,theinfluencefactorisanalyzed,andscraperspacingisoptimized.

Onthescraperconveyerloadcarryingside,conveyerscrapermoves,pushingmaterialtomove,thusrealizingmaterialdelivery.Frictionforcesexistbetweenthematerialstriangularprismbodyandthescraperonitssides.
Inthestressanalysisdiagramthatshowsthescraperburiedinthematerialpushesthematerialtomove,hrepresentsthescraperheight,Fstandsforthethrust,andastandsfortheconveyerlongitudinalarrangementinclinationangle.Accordingtobulkmechanicsprinciple,whenthethrustforcesofpushingboardABsurpassthemarginalvalue,thetheoreticalbalanceofbulkmaterialinfrontofthepushingboardwillbedestroyed.Then,relativeskidwilloccurinsidethematerial,triangularprismbodyABCwillbepushedforwardasawhole,triangularprismbodyACDwillslipalonglineAC,lineCDandlineAD,andtriangularprismbodyACDwillbeincreasinglyelevatedintheprocessofslipping,thusproducinganewstablestate.0and0,areanglesoffrictionthatcanmaintainthebalanceofbulkmaterial.Nextwewillstudytherelationshipbetween0,0qandF.SupposethewidthofthescraperABisB,schematicdiagramsfortriangularprismbodyABCandACDaredrawnrespectively,eacharrissurfacebearspositivepressureNandthefrictionforceN,(correspondingsignsareshowninFig.1).BecausetheworkinglineoffrictionforceonthefourtrianglesurfaceADC,ADC,ABCandABCparallelwiththatofthrustforceFandpositivepressureoneacharrissurfaceinZaxisdirectionparallelwitheachother,wedrawdiagramoftriangularprismbodyasinFig.2.

Conclusions
(1) We have analyzed the stressprocessin whichtheload-sidescraperofthescraperconveyerpushesthematerialtomove,takingintoconsiderationthefrictionforcewhichisborneontwosidesoftheblock,obtainedamorecomprehensivescraperthrustforceequation,anddeducedaformulaforthemaximumscraperspacing;
