2.2.3.2.4.桥梁上部构造施工
本标段主线桥梁上部构造的梁体分别是25m、40m后张预应力T梁,立交桥梁上部构造的梁体分别是25m后张预应力箱梁、30m后张预应力T梁以及现浇连续箱梁。
根据现场实际情况,分别在每座桥的桥头处设置预制场,待桥头路基基本成型后开始预制,预制底座数量根据预制梁片量和工期要求设置。
预制梁模板用定型大块钢模。
预制梁运输用轨道平车运输,用架桥机安装。
现浇连续箱梁采用满堂支架现浇。
2.2.3.2.4.BridgeSuperstructureConstruction
Themainlinebridgetendersoftheupperstructureofthebeamis25m,40mpost-tensionedT-beam,theupperbeamoverpassstructureofthebeamis25mpost-tensionedboxgirder,30mpost-tensionedT-beamandcontinuouscast-in-placeBoxGirder.Inaccordancewiththeactualsituationatthescene,ineachbridgetoinstallprefabricatedbridgemarket,tobethebridgeroadbedbasicallyshapedaftertheprefabricated,accordingtothenumberofprefabricatedbaseofprecastbeamfilmsandTimerequested.Liangtemplateusingprefabricatedstereotypesmassivesteelform.Railtransportusingprecastbeamflatcartransport,usebridgingmachineinstallation.Continuoususeofcast-in-placeboxgirderstentpackedcast-in-place.
2.2.3.2.4.1预制梁施工与安装
1.后张法梁体预制:
①.底模制作
将计划设置的预制场的场地先给以平整规划,而后按规划位置和设计尺寸预制底模。
底模中间基础采C20素砼浇灌,底座顶面铺设1cm厚钢板,于起吊位置设活动底模,便于起吊运输。
2.2.3.2.4.1precastbeamconstructionandinstallation
1.Post-beamofprefabricated:
①.Dieattheendoftheproduction
Planstosetupprefabricatedfieldvenuetolevelingplangivenfirst,thentheplanninganddesignpositionattheendofprefabricatedmodulussize.AttheendofintermediatemodulusbasedminingC20-concretewatering,thebaseofthetopplatelaying1cmthick,inliftingthepositionoftheendofDieactivities,facilitatetheliftingtransport.
②.绑扎钢筋
钢筋在加工场统一加工,然后运到现场绑扎成型。
绑扎时要根据预应力管道的规格,按照钢绞线设计横、竖坐标准确定位波纹管位置,中间接头处要严密包裹,以防脱落、漏浆。
最后在两侧绑扎砼保护层垫块。
②.BandingReinforced
Reinforcedinprocessingunifiedprocessing,thentransportedtothescenebandingmolding.Bandingprestressedpipeline,accordingtothespecifications,accordingtoStranddesign,closetothemiddleconnectorparcelstopreventfallingoutofleakagepulp.Finallyonbothsidesbandingconcreteprotectivelayer垫块.
③.支模
模板采用定型钢模边模(每5m装附着式震捣器1个),上下用Φ16钢筋拉杆紧固,外侧用斜撑支护以防止变形。
③.BranchDie
Template-modulususingstereotypessteelform(each5mattachedearthquakedestroyedtheequipmentofone),fromtoptobottomwithΦ16steelrodfastening,lateralsupportwithdiagonalbracingtopreventdeformation.
④.浇注砼
预应力砼根据经设计配合比调整后的施工配合比,由搅拌站集中厂拌,砼搅拌车运输,人工入模。
浇注时自两头向中间分层连续浇注,并使砼表面形成45度斜面。
振捣时采用插入式振动棒配合附着式震捣器进行振捣,做到密实均匀,无漏振、过振。
在振动过程中注意保护波纹管,严禁振动棒碰撞预应力管道和预埋件等。
④.PouringConcrete
AccordingPrestressedConcreteMixDesignConstructionadjustedMixbymixingstationMixingPlant,concretetruckmixertransport,artificialtodie.Pouringtimesincetwocontinuouscastingtothecenterstratification,andconcretesurfaceof45-degreeslant.Vibratedwhenusedwithplug-vibrationbarattachedearthquakedestroyedthevesselsvibratedsodenseuniformandseamlessvibration,thevibration.Vibrationintheprocessoftheneedtoprotectthebellows,no-vibrationbarcollisionprestressedpipelineandembeddedparts,andsoon.
⑤.张拉、灌浆、封锚
砼浇注完成后,采用麻袋覆盖洒水养护,24小时后即可脱模;然后按设计根数沿预埋的预应力管道穿钢绞线。
当梁体砼强度达到设计强度的90%后即进行预应力张拉。
⑤.Tension,grouting,boltclosure
Concretepouringcompleted,theuseofsprinklercoverageconservationsacks,24demoulding;rootandclickonthedesignofprestressedfewembeddedalongthepipelinewearStrand.Whenthebeamofconcretestrengthtomeetthedesignstrengthof90percentafteraprestressedtension.
张拉前要彻底清洗孔道和锚具,清洗预应力钢材端部。
张拉采用两台200t油压千斤顶从两端同时进行,张拉时,在张拉区域应设置明显的标志和安全防范措施,确保施工安全。
在张拉过程中,实行张拉力和延伸量双控。
严格控制张拉时间和张拉应力,认真记录伸长量和张拉力,达到设计和规范要求。
TensionchannelscleanedthoroughlybeforeandAnchorage,cleaningprestressedsteelend.Tensionusingtwo200t,thetensionintheregionshouldsetupclearsignsandsecuritymeasurestoensureconstructionsafety.Tensionintheprocessofimplementationoftensionandextenddualcontrol.Tensionstrictlycontrolthetimeandtensionstress,elongationandmeticulouslyrecordedtensiontothedesignandspecifications.
经监理工程师验收后,开始对预应力管道进行压浆:
用压浆机从锚头预留孔中压入拌好的水泥浆。
压浆应从一端向另一端连续进行,不可间断,持续压浆直至另一端饱和出浆(排气孔排出与规定稠度相同的水泥浆),并持压10分钟。
然后用砂轮切割机切断预留钢绞线后封锚。
预应力管道内水泥浆强度达到设计要求后方可吊装。

Iintendtousethecompanyself-developedbridgingtheDF15050Ⅲtypeofinstallation,thebridgemachineisanewtypeofadjustableSpan,theElectricalandMechanicalunitloadtelopingdebugging,testingbybecarriedout-beamconstruction.
架梁顺序:
从预制场端逐孔架设架梁施工分架桥机就位、喂梁、墩台顶落梁就位三个步骤进行。
-Beamsequence:
fromprefabricatedbuildingmarket-Hole-by-beambridgeconstructionmachineinplace,feedingbeam,Pierroofbeaminplacewiththreesteps.
梁体运输采用轨道平车运输。
具体是自预制场至桥上以及路基上铺设工字钢轨道,配备两套轨道平车,预制场设横移轨道供梁体移位及装车,运输采用轨道平车头牵引行车。
大梁安装后要及时进行横隔板焊接和接缝砼浇筑,保证梁体在最短时间内形成整体。

3.梁体预制安装时其它注意事项
(1)梁体混凝土必须达到90%设计强度时方准施加预应力(检验混凝土强度时注意试件的取样及养生条件需与主梁体混凝土相符合)。

(4)主梁就位后必须及时进行横隔板间及翼板湿接缝混凝土的浇筑。
只有其设计强度达到90%并采用压力扩散措施后,方可在其上运梁。

(5)主梁吊运按兜托梁底起吊法考虑(吊装孔离支座中心线不大于1m),不设吊环。
预制时应在梁底预留穿索兜底所需的活动段底模,同时在主梁翼板的对应位置预留穿索孔洞。

(7)为避免和减少边梁在施加预应力时产生侧向翘曲,外翼板按设计要求设置断缝(钢筋也需割断)。
(8)为确保梁体在运输过程中及安装就位时的稳定性,应采取有效的防倾倒措施。

(8)Toensurethatthebeaminthetransportprocessoftheinstallationinplace,andthestabilityisnecessarytotakeeffectiveanti-dumpingmeasures.
(9)架桥机架设梁体施工时必须尽量按对称、均衡的原则进行安装。

(10)预制梁起吊时时须注意保持梁体横向稳定,架设后应加强横向临时支撑措施,以增强梁的整体稳定性。
(11)T梁预制时须按设计要求设置向下反拱。

4.湿接缝施工:
湿接缝模板采用木模,模板通过吊杆螺栓吊挂在梁顶上横架的槽钢上。
吊杆外套套管。
先进行横隔板的施工,横隔板拆模后才进行湿接缝的施工。
拆模时,用绳将模板吊离桥底。
4.Constructionwetjoints:

Withconstructionconditionsintheconstructionofthebridgedeckwaterproofingconcreteconstructioncanbecarriedout.Firstcleanupdebrisandtobridgeclean,beforelayingdeckreinforcednetwork,andthen沿桥-left,middleandrightchannelsteelproductionbythreeelevationzonetocontroltheconstructionwaterproofingconcreteelevation.PouringConcreteatthepumporuseTransporterwillbedirectlysenttotheconcretedeck,artificialmaterialsandcangenerallybesharedleveling,usingplug-inwithplatevibratorvibratingrods,vibrationbeamvibration,rough-cylinder,6maluminumalloyfeetscrapingPing,orslurry拉毛.PouringConcreteConstructionatthemaincontrolintheformationofitscontrolinthe3mmwithin.Finally,thedeckusingfilmor草袋coveragesprinklerconservation.
6防撞护栏:
防撞护栏施工较为简单,在桥面施工前后均可进行。
本工程拟在桥面防水层砼施工后开始。
模板采用定型钢模,通过预埋钢筋支撑模板,通过对拉螺杆及钢丝蝇固定。
施工中主要控制砼入模的坍落度及平纵线型,使墙体平、纵顺适,无波浪起伏现象,要求砼表面光洁,线条顺直,没有麻面、气孔等。
6bullparapet:
