Criticizingtypeintermittenceactivemudlawofthepreface(SBR),Progress,ProspectTheprocesssystemofactivemud,usethemostextensivetreatmenttechnologyinthefieldofsewagedisposalatpresent.Itisusedinthesanitarysewage,thetreatmentofmunicipalsewageandorganismindustrialsewageeffectively,takemeasurestobreakthroughtotraditionalactivemudtechnologyonlyassecondtreatmenttechnologytradition,canbeasdenitrification,tertiarytreatmenttechnologyofgettingridofthephosphorus.SBR(sequencingbatchreactor)law,namelyprefacecriticizetypeintermittenceactivemudlaw,theactivemudnoticeableoneactivemudlawtodealwithnewcraft.ItJapanesesewerassociationandAmericanafewrichinnovationmeaningandstrongwastewaterbiologicaltreatmenttechnologyoneofofcompetitivenessthatEnvironmentalProtectionAgencyassess.1characteristicanddevelopment1.1ProduceanddevelopSBRcrafthasalreadybeendevelopedasfarbackas1914,butbecausemonitoringmeanslaggedbehindatthattime,havenotbeenpopularizedandapplied.L.IrvineofU.S.A.carriedondeepresearchtoSBRcraftin1979,andCulverinIndianastateimprovedandputaSBRsewagetreatmentplantintooperationin1980.Astoonew-typetostopuptheappearancewhichexposetothesuntheangrydeviceandsoftwareengineeringthatthecomputercontrolledtechnology,variouskindsofafterthis,isitdissolveoxygenmeasureapparatus,fluviographhighcontrollingeconomicwaterqualitydetectioninstrumentingtocourseprecisiononlinetodevelopatthesametime,havingmanagedandrealizedautomationgraduallyinoperationofthesewagetreatmentplant,inadditionwaterquality,craftaresimplethatSBRmelts,dealingwiththeresultsteadily,shock-resistantloadstrengthisstrong,itisfinethatwaterqualityhappens,operateflexible,floorspaceadvantagesuchasbeinglittleandbecomeincludingU.S.A.,Germany,Japan,Australia,adding,etc.alotofhotcraftthatindustriallydevelopedcountryresearchanddevelopcompetitively.TakingAustraliaasanexample,itisuptonearlymorethan600tobuildupasewagetreatmentplantwhichhasadoptedSBRcraftinmorethan10yearsinthepast.MiddleperiodbegantheapplicationstudytoSBRlawinthe1980sinourcountry.1985,ShanghaiWusongmeatisitisitisitstandtoputourcountryintooperationfirstSBRlawsewagedisposaltodeveloptounite,designing2400t/dofamountofwaterdealtwith,theoperationresultisgood.Alreadytherearetwolarge-and-middle-scalesewagetreatmentplantswhichadoptSBRcraftinKunmingofYunnanProvinceatpresent,itisinsoundconditiontorun.ThesewagetreatmentplantthatTianjineconomicandtechnologicaldevelopmentzone100,000t/dadoptsSBRcraftputsintooperationrecentlytoo.Accordingtostudyingthesituationbothathomeandabroad,SBRlawisakindofhigh-efficient,economy,reliablewastewatertreatmentmethodwhichissuitableforthenationalconditionsofourcountry.1.2TechnologicalprocessMainreactoroftheintermittencetypeactivemudlaw,exposetothesunangryoperationofpoolitoperatestobetoflowinto,react,precipitate,dischargeandleaveunusedfiveprocessesnottomakeup.Thesewageisaccordingtothearrayinthereactor,entereachresponseprocessintermittently,eachoperation,SBRofreactoroperateattimearrangingaccordingtoorderthatintermittenceruntoo.Beforenotflowingintoprocessimplement,leaveunusedprocesstreatedsewagealreadydischarge,exposetothesuntheremainingactivemudandmixtureofthehighdensityintheangrypool.Whenthesewageisrunintoandflowedinto,exposingtothesuntheangrypoolcanplayaroleinregulatingthepool,isitexposetothesunangrytocanisitexposetothesunangryresultinadvancetomake,canmakemudregenerationtogoon,resumeitsactivation.TheresponseprocessismainaprocessofSBRcraft.Isitisitbookvolumetoreachassewage,canisitisitoperatetoreacttobegintoinjectinto,suchasgetridofBOD,nitrify,absorptionofphosphorus,andnitrifyetc.instead.Accordingtoreflectingthedegreethattheneedreaches,itisangrythatthetraceofcarryingonshorttimeisexposedtothesun,inordertoblowandtakeoffthebubbleornitrogenseizedonthemud,soastoensurethemashedofarranginggoesonsmoothly.Arrangingthemudprocess,itisangryandmixthatstopexposingtothesun,makethemixtureinstaticstate,mudnotactiveandmoisturefrom,inotherwordstwotimesprecipitatebyfunctionofpool.Afterprecipitatingonifsurfacing,dischargedealingwithliquidconduct,stayduringexposingtothesunpoolnotangrymudthatprecipitateaskindsofmud,playthefunctionofthebacksetcurrentmud.Leavingtheprocessunused,afterdealingwithandsurfacinganddischarging,thereactorstayscool,waitforthenextcycleofoperation.Duringthisperiod,itisangryinordertothecorruptionofavoidingthemudthatshouldexposetothesundisconnectedlyandslightly.Theactivemudleftunusedisinthehungerstateofthenutrient,soastheinflowprocessofenteringnextoperationcycle,theactivemudcangiveplaytostrongerabilityofabsorbingtostrengthenandgetridoffunction.ItisanimportantcontentinSBRcrafttoleavetheprocessunused.1.3CraftcharacteristicandsubjectmatterSBRcraftcompareswithactivemudlawofthecontinuoustype,havethefollowingadvantage:
(1)Thetechnologicalprocessaresimple,donotneedtosetuptwoandsinkingthepoolandmudbacksetcurrentequipmentseparately,canbesavedandsunkthepoolforthefirsttimeundermostsituations.
(2)Thefloorspaceissmall,thefabricationcostislow;Especiallythesewagedisposalconstantordinaryactivemudlawofthesmalltownsavesmorethan30%ofcapitalexpenditure.(3)Thenutrimentgetsridoftheresultanddenitrificationphosphoruseffectually.(4)Themudsubsidesofgoodperformancly.(5)Adaptabilityisgood,andeasymaintenancemanagement.ThesubjectmatterthatSBRlawexistsis:
