2.Technicalrequirementsforconstruction
1.1ConditionsforInstrumentInstallation
1.1.1Theconstructiondrawings,relatedtechnicaldocumentsandnecessaryinstallationandoperationinstructionsoftheinstrumentsareallreadyandonhand.
1.1.2Jointcheckupofconstructiondrawingshasbeenmade.
2.1.3Technicalpreparationsuchastechnicalexplanationandtraininghasbeencompleted.
2.1.4Theconstructionsitehasbeenmadereadyforinstrumentationworks,andconstructionprocedureshavebeenpreparedandapproved.
2.2GeneralSpecificationofInstrumentInstallation
2.2.1Theinstrumentinstallationworksmustbecompliedwiththeconstructiondrawingsandtheoperationinstructionsoftheinstruments.Themodel,specificationandqualityoftheequipmentandmaterialmustbecompliedwiththeInstrumentSpecifications.
2.2.2Goodcooperationmustbemadebetweentheinstrumentconstructionworksandotherspecialties,suchasbuilding,structure,electric,processequipment,pipingandsoon.
2.2.3Amongtheinstrumentinstallationworks,theinstallationofpowersupplyequipment,layingofelectriclinesandconstructionofelectricexplosion-proofingandgroundingworksmustbecompliedwiththeCodeforConstructionandAcceptanceofIndustrialAutomationandInstrumentationEngineering(GBJ93-86)andStandardforQualityInspectionandAssessmentofAutomationInstrumentInstallationWorks(GBJ131-90).
2.2.4TheweldingoftheinstrumentinstallationworksmustbecompliedwithCM-QC-TR-009CodefortheFieldWeldingofEquipmentandIndustrialPiping.
2.2.5Thepurgingoftheairsupplysystem,cleaningofliquidsupplysystem,cuttingmethodofthepipeline,andprocessingofhigh-pressurescrewthreadandsealingsurfaceforthreadedflangeconnectionaswellasconnectionofpipingmustbecompliedwiththespecificationintheCodeforConstructionandAcceptanceofIndustrialMetallicPiping.
2.3InstallationofSensingElements
2.3.1GeneralSpecification
(1)Theinstallationofsensingelementsshallbemadeatthesametimeastheprocessequipmentmanufacturingorprefabricationandinstallationofprocesspiping.
(2)Openingandweldingforsensingelementinstallationmustbedonebeforetheanti-corrosion,lining,purgingandpressuretestofprocesspipingorequipment.
(3)Holes/Openingsinthehighpressure,alloysteelandnon-ferrousmetalprocesspipingandequipmentmustbeboredwithmechanicalmethod.
(4)Thesensingelementstobeinstalledonmasonryorconcretecastpiecemustbeembeddedatthesametimewhenthemasonryorcastingisbeingmade.Ifitcannotbedoneso,themountingholesshallbereserved.
(5)Openingandweldingforinstallationofthesensingelementsisnotpreferredatornearweldingseams.
(6)Thesensingelementsusedinhighpressure,negativepressure,hightemperature,flammable,explosive,poisonousandnoxiousmediamustbeallinspected.
(7)Thesensingelementsusedininnoxiousmediaatnormaltemperatureunderlowandmediumpressuremusthavespotinspectionatrateof30%accordingtosortoftheelementsandonepieceofeachsortshallbeinspectedasminimum.
2.3.2TemperatureSensingElement
ThetechnicalrequirementsforconstructionofthetemperaturesensingelementsshallbecompliedwiththeTable1.
