OFOUTDOORCABINETFOREQUIPMENTANDBATTERY

Objectives/Scope:

TheScopeoftheworkiscoveredtosupply,installationandcommissioningof“OutdoorCabinet”forEquipmentandBatterytoedotcoBangladeshCo.ltd.OutdoorCabinet-1forEquipmentwillcontainBTSandRectifierwithAC&DCpowerdistributionsystemandOutdoorCabinet-2forBatterywillcontain24or48cellsof2V400AhVRLAGel/AGMbatteriesandMWlink/s.MWlink/scanbekeptinOutdoorCabinetforEquipmentalso.

1.0GENERAL

TheScopeoftheworkistosupply,installationandcommissioningof“OutdoorCabinet”forEquipmentandBatterytoedotcoBangladeshCo.ltd.OutdoorCabinetforEquipmentwillcontainBTSandRectifierwithAC&DCpowerdistributionsystem.MWlink/scanbekeptinOutdoorCabinetforEquipmentalso.OutdoorCabinetforEquipmentwillmaintainAmbient+10°Cinsidetemperaturealltheyearround.

OutdoorCabinetforBatterywillcontain24or48cellsof2V400AhVRLAGel/AGMbatteriesandMWlink/s.OutdoorCabinetforBatterywillmaintain20~25°Cinsidetemperaturealltheyearround.

1.1EdotcoBangladeshCo.ltdcanprovideOutdoorcabinetsupplierdifferentbrand/sofBTS,Rectifier,Battery,MWLinkequipmenttoinstallinsideitssuppliedcabinet.Usefulspacerequirementin“EquipmentCabinet”is22HUforBTS,10HUforrectifierand8/10HUforAC&DCpowersystemand“BatteryCabinet”is30/32HUfor24or48unitsof400Ah2VVRLAGel/AGMbatteriesand10HUforMWLinksorcabinetsizemaydesignasperOEMguidelinewithfollowingstandardguidelineandsafety,quality/asrecommendedbyOEMconsideringcriticalusagesoftelecomfields.

1.2OutdoorcabinetsupplierwillberesponsibletomakechangeswithinthesuppliedcabinetspacetoaccommodateBTS,Rectifier,BatteryandMWlinkequipmentasperedotcoBangladeshCo.ltdrequirement.

1.3Outdoorcabinetsupplierwillprovidelaborandmaterialtocarryout1.1and1.2statementsanywhereinsideBangladesh.

1.4TechnicalDescription

TheminimumtechnicalrequirementsforCabinetsarefollowing:

a.TheCabinetreferstoIP55,double–skinned,airconditioned/fancooledBTS&BatteryCabinets

b.Thecabinetshouldpossessafan–cooledoraDCAirConditionedsystem

c.Cabinetmanufacturershallprovideareturnpolicyattheendofthecabinetlife.

d.Externalambienttemperatureonsiteswherethesystemsaretobeimplementedisexpectedtorangefrom30°Cto40°C.

e.Thecabinetmustpossess:

∙ProvisionforMains,DG,DCDG,Solar,BatteryBank

∙ACDB

∙DCDB

∙Electro-mechanicalLock

∙SpaceforRectifierModules

∙SpaceforMicrowaveTransmissionRack
