TheSCOPEOFWORKfortheinitialtrancheforeachCONTRACTwillbeatwo

（2）AppraisalWELLpackageforWELLStobedrilled/completedandMansuriya1-2-3WELLSwillberecompletedintheMansuriyaFieldinIraq.TheCONTRACTDEPTHoftheAppraisalWELLSwillbe1600metersTVDRKB.IfWaterContactisreachedanddrilledDhibanformationby50mbeforeCONTRACTDEPTH,thesitegeologistandCOMPANYsupervisormayelecttostopdrillingbefore1600metersTVDRKB.ThiswillbeverifiedwithCOMPANY’soffice.Ifwhilstdrillingat1600metersTVDRKB,theWELLyetisnotreachedWaterContactandnotdrilledDhibanformationby30mdepth,drillingshallcontinueuntil100metersbelowbaseoflowestpayestimatedtobenomorethat1700metersTVDRKB.

AllactivitiesshallbeconductedinaccordancewiththeSECTION4-SCOPEOFWORK.

Anynonconformancewiththis,ordeviationfrom,theSECTION4-SCOPEOFWORK（withoutprejudicinganyemergencyrequirements/operations）,mustbeapprovedbytheCOMPANYDrillingandCompletionManagers,orhisdesignate,inwritingviaan“AmendmenttoProgramme”instruction.

AboveandotherdocumentsconcernedtheMansuriyaGasFieldandWELLPROGRAMMEwillbesuppliedtoCONTRACTORbyCOMPANYafterapprovaloftheCONTRACT.AlsoCONTRACTORshallprepareowndetailedwellprogrammeandprocedureinrespectoftheprogrammessuppliedbyCOMPANY.FinalwellprogramwillbedeterminedbyPARTIESandapprovedbyCOMPANY.

COMPANYshallagreetheWORKSCHEDULEandWELLPROGRAMMEforcompletionoftwo

（2）AppraisalWELLSdrilling/completionandMansuriya1-2-3WELLSworkover/completionoperations.TheawardoffuturetranchesofwellswillbesubjecttoCONTRACTORachievingcompletionofthefive（5）WELLSinaccordancewiththeagreedWORKSCHEDULEandoverallperformanceintermsofsafety.CONTRACTORshallperformtheDrillingofTwo

（2）AppraisalWELLSasLUMPSUMOPERATIONSonaLUMPSUMbasisasdescribedinthe“Section5-ContractPayment”.AftertheLUMPSUMperiod,CONTRACTORshallperformtheWORKasDAYRATEOPERATIONSuntil10days.ThenZERORATEperiodwillstartifanyotherworkdifferentfromSECTION4-SCOPEOFWORKwillbeclaimedbyCOMPANY.CONTRACTORshallperformthe“Clause11.0-Re-EntryOperationsandWorkoverProgramForMansuriya1-2-3Wells”asDAYRATEOPERATIONS.COMPANYmayalsorequireCONTRACTORtoperformWORKinadditiontoSECTION4-SCOPEOFWORKasdayrateonthebasissetoutinaccordingto“Section5-Part2-RatesandPrices”determinedbytheCONTRACTORandapprovedbytheCOMPANYandoperationsmentionedintheSECTION4-SCOPEOFWORKwillbedeterminedbytheCOMPANY’SREPRESENTATIVEandtheircostswillbepricedasdailyrateinaccordancewith“Section5-Part2-RatesandPrices”.

ImportantNote:

CONTRACTORand/oritsSUB-CONTRACTORSshallprovideallequipment,material,consumablesandpersonnelnecessarytoperformalloperationsandservicesmentionedinSECTION4-SCOPEOFWORKinrespectofSection7-CONTRACTOR’sEquipmentSummary.Costofequipment,material,personnelandservicesshallbeCONTRACTOR’Sowncost.CONTRACTOR’sDAYRATEandLUMPSUMpriceshallincludetheseequipment,material,personnelandservices.

1.1InitialActivity

TheinitialactivityfortheCONTRACTORwillbeanawardmeetingwheretheyreviewindetailthemobilizationplanandLOCATIONstatus.ThemeetingshallbeheldonbyCONTRACTORinfirst（1st）MONTHafterapprovedoftheCONTRACT.TheCOMPANYshallprovidetotheCONTRACTORwiththisCONTRACT:

∙Majorequipmentlist,

∙Majorsparepartslists,

∙Consumablelist（OCTG,wellheads,mudmaterials,cementmaterials,etc）.

However,thelistswillalsobepreparedbytheCONTRACTOR.

Atthistime,theCONTRACTORshallprovideto:

∙Crewlists,

∙Initialdevelopment/successionplanforIraqipersonnel,

∙CONRACTORplanstobeprovided/reviewedinclude,butarenotlimitedto:

oLocationlayout

oCamplayout,

oCampandwellsitesafetyplan,

oMobilizationplan,

oLogisticsPlan

oMedivacplan

oTrainingplanforCONTRACTOR’SPERSONNEL

oContingencyPlan

Priortomobilization,aauditandinspectionofDRILLINGANDWORKOVERRIG,drillstring,completionstringandcomponentsmaybeconducted.Thisauditandinspectionwillidentifysafetycritical,criticalandotherissueswhichCONTRACTORshallrecordandtrackthruresolution.TheCONTRACTORwillprovideaplantocloseouteachitemidentified.

ThiswillbefollowedbyintegritycheckofthethreeexistingWELLS（Mansuriya1-2-3）.Thenthemobilizationoftheworkoverrigforworkoverandrecompletionoperationsofthree（3）existingWELLSwillbecompletedbyCONTRACTOR.Mobilizationofone

（1）drillingrigfordrillingandcompletionoperationsoftwo

（2）appraisalWELLS,services,equipment,materialsandpersonneltotheMansuriyafieldwillbeheldbyCONTRACTOR.UponcompletionofrigginguponthefirstWELL,theDRILLINGANDWORKOVERRIGwillgothroughacommissioningandacceptanceprocedurepriortore-enteringthefirstexistingWELL（Mansuriya1/2/3）andspuddingthefirst（1st）AppraisalWELL.Allcommunicationsequipmentmustbeoperationalfromday#1.Additionally,equipmentandmaterialswillbereviewedtoensurethatadequatestocksareavailabletoensureoperationsareuninterrupted.

1.2DrillingandCompletionoftheWELLS

Priortospud,CONTRACTORwillholdapre-spudmeetingtoreviewtheprogrammeandensureallpersonnelarefamiliarwiththeirrolesandresponsibilities.

CONTRACTORshallprovidetheDRILLINGANDWORKOVERRIGandallrequiredservicestodrillandcompletetheWELLSasspecifiedinthe“Section7-CONTRACTOR’sEquipmentSummary”.Thiswillbedoneinasafeandefficientmannerusinggoodgasfieldpracticesaspertheprogramme.COMPANYshallprovidegeologiccontrolwithonsiteCOMPANY’sgeologists,drillingengineerstoassistwithpickingcasingpoints,coringpoints,kicktolerancecalculations,wellcontrolcalculationsandfinaltotaldepth.AfterrunningcasingforappraisalWELLSattotaldepth,theWELLwillbecompletedwithacompletionstringandmultiplecompletionoperationsdefinedinthecompletionandtestprograms.TheWELLwiththenbehandedover.AsforMansuriya1-2-3WELLSwillberecompletedandfluidsampleswillbetakenfromtheseWELLSandalsoifwellintegrityisappropriate,theWELLSwillbecompletedasaproducer.

CONTRACTORshallstrivetooptimizeoperationalefficiency.PotentialopportunitiesshallbediscussedwithCOMPANY’SREPRESENTATIVEandrecordedforinclusioninendofWellReport.

AnytimetheWELLencountersproblemsordeviatesfromtheprogramme,theCONTRACTORSITEREPRESENTATIVEonLOCATIONistobeimmediatelynotifiedofproblemandcourseofaction.Iftheproblemcannotbeeasilycorrected,couldfurtherdeteriorate,orendangerstheonsitepersonnel,itwillbeimmediatelysolvedwithCOMPANY’SREPRESENTATIVE.
