ThirtytwomaleSDratswererandomlydividedintofourgroupswith8ratsineachgroup:
controlgroup,+6Gz/3mingroup,90dB(A)/30minnoisegroup,+6Gz/3minand90dB(A)/30minnoisecombinedstressgroupandthechangesoflearningandmemoryafterstressweremeasuredbyYmazetestandstepthroughtest.RESULTS:
Ascomparedwiththatincontrolgroup,thepercentageofrightreactiondecreasedsignificantly(P0.01)andthereactiontimeincreasedsignificantly(P0.01)in+Gzgroupat2d,4dand6dafter+Gzexposure.Whencomparedwiththatincontrolandnoisegroup,thepercentageofrightreactiondecreasedsignificantly(P0.01)andthereactiontimeincreasedsignificantly(P0.01)atalltimepointsincombinedstressgroup,butnosignificantchangeswereobservedwhencomparedwiththatin+Gzgroup.Ascomparedwiththatincontrolgroup,thetotaltimeandnumberoferrorincreasedsignificantly(P0.01)whilelatenttimedecreasedsignificantlyimmediatelyand6daysafterstress(P0.05)incombinedstressgroup.CONCLUSION:
Itissuggestedthatcombinedstressof+6Gz/30minand90dB(A)/30minnoisemaycausesustainedimpairmentoflearningandmemoryinrats.

1Materialsandmethods1.1Materials32maleSDrats(FourthMilitaryMedicalUniversityExperimentalAnimalCenter),bodyweight(165+-10)g.Beforetheexperimentfirstrearedintheexperimentalenvironment1wk,toadapttotheexperimentalenvironment,excludefrightened,environmentalandotherfactorsimpactonlearningandmemory.ratswererandomlydividedintofourgroupscontrolgroup,noisegroup,+Gzgroupandcompositestressgroup,n=8.
1.2Methods1.2.1Accelerationandnoisemodeofactionofanimalcentrifuge+Gzexposure,animalcentrifugeradiusof2m,canbesimulatedaccelerationrangingfrom+1to+12Gzaccelerationprogrambycomputercontrol.Usinghomemadeplexiglassbox(volume15cm×5cm×3cm)bearingrats,andtheleveloffixedrpminthecentrifugearm,theratheadtowardtheaxisofrotationofcentrifuge.noisebyUZ3typeofwhitenoisegenerator(BeijingGreatWallradiofactory)produce.+GzgroupratGvalueexposurelevelsat+6Gz,thepeaktheroletimeof3min,accelerationofgrowthrateof1G/snoiseratsnoiseexposurelevelof90dB(A)frequencyof1000Hz,thereactiontimewas30min.compositestressedratsnoiseconditionswerethesamenoisegroup,startingfromthefirst27minutesofthenoiseeffectcomposite+6Gzexposurefor3min,thesameaccelerationactingconditionsand+Gzgroupcontrolgroupmouseonlyplacedinaplexiglassbox3min+Gzandnoiseexposure.
1.2.2YtypemazeexperimentYmazei.e.thetrisectionradiationlabyrinthboxes,consistsofthreesupportarmsandaconnectingregionbetweenthethree-armanangleof120°,eacharmlength40cm,width15cm,bottomShopdiameterof5mm,apitchof6mmcopperrod[2].theendofeacharmisequippedwithsignallights,signallightstoturndirectthearmtoasafearea,andthatthebottomofthearmisnotenergized.orientationofthesecurityzoneinaccordancewiththeA→C→Btransform,Whenanarmsafearea,otherarmsandconnectedareaswithstimulusvoltageexperimentcarriedoutinaquiet,lowlightenvironment.beginningoftheexperiment,theratswereplacedinamazearmB,toacclimatizefor1min,thenenergized,theAlightarmsandconnectedunlitareabegan,afteradelayof5s,electricity,electricshockvoltageof40V.Atthispointthelightcontinuedto60s,andthenturnoffthelights,completetest15testseachexperiment,recordofaccuracyandreactionoftherat.reactionforthesafetyarmlightsbegantoratstoreachthesecurityarm.wererecordedimmediatelyafterdifferentstress,2scoreof4and6d.

2Results2.1accuracyandreactiontimechanges+2,4and6daysafterexposureofthetheGzratscorrectwhencomparedwiththecontrolgroupweresignificantlylower(P<0.01,noiseratsonlyimmediatelyafterexposurecomparedwiththecontrolgroupsignificantlyreducecompositestressedrats(P<0.05),comparedwiththecontrolgroupateachtimepointafterexposureandnoisegroupweresignificantlylower(P<0.01),comparedwith+Gzgrouphadnosignificantdifference(Fig.1).
