概述
教材解读
本单元的中心话题是“奥运会”,旨在通过单元教学使学生了解奥运会的有关知识,学会描古代奥运会与现代奥运会的异同;复习一般将来时的被动语态,鼓励学生在两人活动和小组活动中积极发言,这样既可以消除害羞的心理,又有利于学生掌握恰当的交际策略。
1.1WarmingUp部分通过讨论让学生了解古代和现代奥运会的异同。

2.教学难点
(1)指导学生按类别归纳整理词汇,让学生学会有效的记忆词汇的方法;
(2)引导学生发现本单元重点语言结构,让学生自己发现并感悟相关的语言规律,培养他们的语感。
二、过程与方法
在教学中坚持教师为主导,学生为主体,面向全体学生,利用多种媒体,使用任务型教学方法,以小组学习的形式组织教学。

将Usinglanguage中的Reading,Listening和Writing部分设计成一堂语言运用课,重点培养学生语言综合运用能力。
第五课时:
将Language中的Summingup与LearningTip和CheckingYourself设计成一节复习课。
