矿压在线监测系统管理制度
一:
山东恒安电子科技有限公司矿压在线监测系统管理制度
1.在线系统设备安装由生产科总体协调组织,厂家进行技术指导,施工单位施
工,自动化科,电力科配合,共同完成。
各单位不得以任何借口推诿扯皮,推迟安装时间。
2.各工作面监测系统由各施工单位负责维护,包括增设传感器及电缆吊挂等,
要求仪器、仪表干净整洁,吊挂标准。
3.生产科矿压组负责对顶板离层在线监测系统安装质量的检查,施工单位安装
顶板离层仪传感器时,必须小心细致,防止拉断钢丝绳,严禁采用锚索接长钻杆强拉硬顶的方式安装顶板离层仪
4.掘进队组施工时要保证在线系统完好,巷道掘进完毕回撤工作面时,不得将
在线系统电源拆除。
5.施工单位在发现系统设备运行不正常或有故障时,施工单位必须及时向生产
科矿压组汇报。
6.井下监测仪器移交时,要办理移交手续,移交手续要写明仪器名称,数量及
完好情况,并办理移交手续移交。
7.系统井上部分由生产科矿压组负责维护,在系统发生故障时,由生产科联系
厂家进行维修。
8.井下平台网由自动化科负责维护,并提供充足的传输通道,确保传输线路通
畅。
9.系统软件由厂家负责升级,确保软件为最近版本。
10.由于系统设备本身质量问题而非人为损坏,由厂家免费更换。
二:
综采工作面矿压监测管理制度
1.生产科矿压组要定期进行综采工作面采集支架压力数据,并结合工作面顶班
破碎及端面漏冒情况,片帮位置及深度、泵站压力情况综合分析,编制综采面矿压预报,经科领导审核批准后,上报生产矿长或矿总工程师审批,然后下发到施工单位,指导生产实践。
2.综采施工单位要根据矿压预报及时填写井下矿压周期来压预测牌
3.施工单位每天安排专人对工作面支架及超前维护单体柱工作阻力,顶板破碎
及端面漏冒情况,片帮位置及深度,泵站压力情况等进行观测,详细记录在案。

Foreword
Thisstudyisintendedtocreateawarenessofknowledgeasaresourceandtheneedforknowledgemanagement.Asthetitlesuggests,theobjectiveofthisstudyistobuildamethodologyforthecreation,sharinganddisseminationofknowledgeinmembercountriesoftheEconomicandSocialCommissionforWesternAsia(ESCWA).Itaimstofacilitatetheimplementationofknowledgemanagement,basedonthefactthatthepromotionofknowledgewithintheregionisessentialtoachievingefficiencyandcompetitivenessintheglobalarena.Thestudyconcentratesonreviewingthebenefitsofcollaborationinthedevelopmentofa“knowledgesociety”whichwillboostthesocialandeconomicpotentialsofESCWAmembercountries.
Forthepurposesofthisstudy,knowledgeisconsideredasaresourcethatcancreatewealthandenhancethequalityoflife.ManyopportunitiesexisttodayforESCWAmembercountriestoinvigoratetheirbanking,industry,telecommunicationsandotherrelevanteconomicsectorsthroughthemanagementofknowledge.Inspiteofthefactthatthesystematicleverageofknowledgeremainsachallenge,manycountriesarediscoveringthattechnologyaloneisnotsufficientandthatthecultivationofknowledgeisakeystonetoprogressive,sustainabledevelopment.
Thestudyisintendedforuseinpolicyformulationandinthedesignofspecificinterventions,includingthedesignofcurriculaandcooperativeventures,researchanddevelopmentstrategies,technologytransferpolicies,educationpolicies,incubationschemes,communitycentresandnetworkingpromotion.
Discussionsaboutknowledgemanagementhavecentered,typically,ontheprivatesector.However,thesubjectisequallyimportanttoothersocialandeconomicentities,whetherprofitornon-profitoriented.Suchentitiesincludegovernments,non-governmentalorganizations,theeducationsector,researchanddevelopmentinstitutesandregionalandinternationalinstitutions,allofwhichalsodealwithknowledge.
Thestudyconsistsoffivechapters.ChapterIexplainstheconceptualbackgroundofknowledgemanagement.ChapterIIdescribessomeofthebestpracticesinknowledgemanagementthatprovedsuccessful.ChaptersIIIandIVdealwithspecificaspectsoftheArabenvironmentthatcouldhaveapositiveornegativeinfluenceontheimplementationofknowledgemanagement.ChapterIIIpresentsacasestudy,whichreviewsindepththeknowledgemanagementinitiativeundertakenbyBatelco,amajortelecommunicationsoperatorintheESCWAregion.ChapterIVpresentsthefindingsandanalysisofaknowledge-relatedsurveyconductedintheESCWAregion.ChapterVdevelopsamethodologyforthedevelopmentofaknowledgemanagementsystem.AnnexIlistskeytermsandtheirequivalentsinArabic.AnnexIIelaboratesthismethodologyandpresentsitasaproposedknowledgemanagementpilotprogrammespecificallyadaptedforapplicationinESCWAmembercountries.
