Abstract
Manufacturingenterprisesarechangingthewaytheybehaveinthemarkettofacetheincreasingcomplexityoftheeconomic,socio-politicalandtechnologicaldynamics.Manufacturingproducts,processesandproductionsystemsresultinbeingchallengedbyevolvingexternaldrivers,includingtheintroductionofnewregulations,newmaterials,technologies,servicesandcommunications,thepressureoncostsandsustainability.Theco-evolutionparadigmsynthesisestherecentscientificandtechnicalapproachesproposedbyacademicandindustrialcommunitiesdealingwithmethodologiesandtoolstosupportthecoordinatedevolution(co-evolution)ofproducts,processesandproductionsystems.Thispaperaimsatreviewingandsystemisingtheresearchcarriedoutinthefieldofmanufacturingco-evolutionwithaparticularfocusonproductionsystems.Anintroductoryinvestigationofvariousindustrialperspectivesontheproblemofco-evolutionispresented,followedbythedescriptionoftheco-evolutionmodelandthemethodologyadoptedforframingtheexistingscientificcontributionsintheproposedmodel.Then,thecorepartoftheworkispresented,consistinginasystemisedanalysisofthecurrentmethodologiesdealingwithco-evolvingproduct,processandsystemandadescriptionofproblemsthatremainunsolved,thusmotivatingfutureresearchstrategiesandroadmaps.

Abstract
IntheInformationCommunicationTechnology(ICT)era,teacherswillhavetowiselyusetheonlineenvironmentinordertorealizeanewpedagogy.Wedevelopedadigitalindicatorforexaminingtheextenttowhichtechnologicalknowledgeisintegratedwithpedagogicalcontentknowledge(TPACK).Thisindicatorisusedtoexamineonlinetasksdevelopedbyteachersindifferentsubjectsovertime.Itenablesquantitativemeasurementoftheintegrationoftechnologicalknowledgewithcontentknowledgeandpedagogicalcontentknowledgeandthusaffordsameasurefortheextentofintegration.Thedigitalindicatorcanbeusedtoplanonlinetasksaswellasfortheteacherstotesttheirownprofessionaldevelopmentinintegratingtechnologyinteaching.Useofthedigitalindicatorcanbeimplementedwhentrainingstudentteachersaswellasinin-servicetrainingforteachers.Fifty-threeonlinetasksdevelopedby14highschoolteachersindifferentsubjectswereevaluatedbetween2001and2007.Evaluationoftheonlinetaskswasperformedquantitativelyusingthedigitalevaluationinstrumentafteritwasvalidatedanditsreliabilitywasexamined.Weexaminedthechangeandprogresswhichtookplaceintheintegrationoftechnologicalknowledgewithpedagogicalcontentknowledgeovertimeaswellasthecontributionofguidancetotheteachers’professionaldevelopmentforintegrationoftechnologyinteaching.Thefindingsindicatethattheeffectoftime,whichisexpressedbytheacquisitionofexperience,contributestotheintegrationofthetechnologicalknowledgewiththeteachers’pedagogicalcontentknowledge.Thefindingsalsoindicatethatguidanceplaysasignificantroleintheimplementationoftheintegrationoftechnologicalknowledgewiththeteachers’pedagogicalcontentknowledge.WerecommendthatcorrectintegrationofTPACKshouldbeemphasizedwhenplanningprofessionaldevelopmentforteachersinthefieldofonlinetasks.Wealsorecommendthedevelopmentofmodelsforteachers’professionaldevelopmentforintegrationoftechnologyinteaching,withreferencetotheteachers’professionalknowledge,i.e.theirpedagogicalcontentknowledge.Thebestwaysforintegratingthetechnologicalknowledgemustbeexamined,suchthatthefocuswillnotbeonlearningtechnologicaltools,butratherontheintegrationofpedagogyintechnology.Itisnecessarytostartfromthefieldofknowledgeandtheteachingmethodsappropriateforthisparticularfieldofknowledge,andtheretointegratetechnology.Optimalintegrationwillleadtoachangeinteaching,torelevanceforthestudentsandtomeaningfullearning.

Abstract
Chronicnon-communicablediseasesareamajorthreattopopulationhealthandhaveamajoreconomicimpactonhealthcaresystems.Worldwide,integratedchroniccaredeliverysystemshavebeendevelopedtotacklethischallenge.IntheNetherlands,therecentlyintroducedintegratedpaymentsystem–thechain-DTC–isseenasthecornerstoneofapolicystimulatingthedevelopmentofawell-functioningintegratedchroniccaresystem.
ThepurposeofthispaperistodescribetherecentattemptsintheNetherlandstostimulatethedeliveryofintegratedchroniccare,focusingspecificallyonthenewintegratedpaymentschemeandthebarrierstointroducingthisscheme.Wealsohighlightpossiblethreatsandidentifynecessaryconditionstothesuccessofthesystem.Thispaperisbasedonacombinationofmethodsandsourcesincludingliterature,governmentdocuments,personalcommunicationsandsitevisitstodiseasemanagementprograms(DMPs).
Themostimportantconditionsforthesuccessofthenewpaymentsystemare:
completecareprotocolsdescribingbothgeneral(e.g.smokingcessation,physicalactivity)anddisease-specificchroniccaremodules,coverageofallcomponentsofaDMPbybasichealthcareinsurance,adequateinformationsystemsthatfacilitatecommunicationbetweencaregivers,explicitlinksbetweenthequalityandthepriceofaDMP,expansionoftheamountofspecializedcareincludedinthechain-DTC,inclusionofamulti-morbidityfactorintheriskequalizationformulaofinsurers,andthorougheconomicevaluationofDMPs.
