(1)铁塔组立前应对施工场地进行平整。
(1)Theconstructionsiteshouldbeleveledbeforetowererection.
(2)运至现场后的构件出现镀锌剥落时露出部位应涂富锌漆防腐,对较大面积镀锌剥落构件,应予调换。
(2)Theexposedgalvanizedportionsofmemberstransportedtothesceneshouldbecoatedwithzinc-richpaintforuseasanticorrosion,andthoselarger-areapeelingmembersshouldbechanged.

(3)铁塔组立前,基础工程必须经验收合格,分解组塔时基础混凝土强度必须达到设计强度的70%。
(3)Beforeerectingtowers,foundationworksmustbeinspectedandaccepted.Whensplitingtowers,foundationconcretestrengthmustreach70%ofthedesignstrength.
(4)对进入施工现场的机具进行检验或现场试验,不得使用不符合安全规范要求的工器具和设备,杆塔组立的加固绳和临时拉线必须采用钢丝绳。
(4)Intestsorfieldtrialsforthemachinesandtoolsinconstructionsite,don'tusethetoolsandinstrumentsandequipmentthatdonotcomplywiththesafetyregulations.Reinforcementropesandtemporarywiresmustbewireropes.
(5)施工前各施工人员应熟悉铁塔施工规范和施工图纸,并进行详细的现场调查,施工技术负责人必须向所有施工人员进行现场技术和安全交底。
(5)Beforeconstruction,constructionpersonnelshouldbefamiliarwithtowerconstructionspecificationsandconstructiondrawingsandhavetomakedetailedsiteinvestigation.Constructiontechnicalheadmustconfidetheon-siteandtechnologicalsecretstoallconstructors.
(6)接地施工已完毕,且接地电阻符合要求。
铁塔地下第一段组立完成后必须与接地网连接。
(6)Earthingconstructionhasbeencompleted,andtheearthresistancemeetstherequirements.Afterthefirstsectioniserected,thetowermustconnectthegroundnetwork.
3铁塔安装统一规定

3.1.线路方向及塔型

线路方向:
线路前进方向以新建巴色变电站为起点,老泰边境为终点,大号侧为前进方向,小号侧为后退方向,并以此分左右。
线路方向及塔腿编号如图所示:

ThelinestartsfromtheNewPakseSubstationandendsattheborderbetweenLaosandThailand.Thelarge-sizesiderepresentstheforwarddirection,andthesmall-sizesideinrepresentsthebackwarddirection.Linedirectionandthetowerlegnumbersareshownasbelow:
本工程共有132基铁塔,有DSL、DSLL、DTL、DTE、DTM、DTH、DSTR、CT、AT、DTX共10种塔型。

3.2.螺栓的级别、安装范围、穿向

本工程中M16、M20螺栓采用6.8级,M24螺栓采用8.8级。

本工程螺栓连接构件时按经批准的设计文件的要求执行,即螺栓穿入方向应符合下列规定:

本工程螺栓连接应符合下列规定:
Inthisproject,theconnectionofboltsshouldmeetthefollowingrequirements:
(1)螺栓应与构件平面垂直,螺栓头与构件间的接触处不应有空隙;
(1)Boltsshouldbeperpendiculartotheplaneofmembers.Thereshouldbenogapbetweentheboltheadandthemember;
(2)螺母拧紧后,螺杆露出螺母的长度:
对单螺母,不应小于两个螺距,对双螺母应至少与螺母相平;
(2)Afterthenutsaretightened,thescrewshouldreservethespaceforthenut:
notlessthantwopitchesforsinglenut,andatleastevenwiththenutfordoublenut;
(3)螺杆必须加垫片,垫片数量不宜超过2片;
(3)Ascrewmustbeaddedwithshims,andthenumberofshimsshouldnotbemorethan2;
(4)严格按设计图规定使用螺栓规格、螺栓级别
(4)Usethespecificationsandlevelofboltsinstrictaccordancewiththeregulationsofdesigndrawings.
3.4螺栓紧固要求

1)螺栓紧固程度按规范应达到下表中的扭矩值:

2)铁塔组立时,螺栓的的一次紧固率达到95%以上。
2)Whenerectingatower,theprimaryfasteningrateofboltsshouldbemorethan95%orabove.
3)铁塔连接螺栓在组塔结束时必须全部紧固一次,架线后应复紧一遍。
3)Beforetheendoftheerection,allboltsmustbetightenedagain,andre-tightenedafterthestringingworks.

3.5脚钉安装统一规定如下
3.5Uniformprovisionsforfootnailsinstallation
①脚钉均采用防滑带弯钩脚钉,一般情况下直线塔脚钉应安装在右主材(D腿)上,耐张塔和转角塔右转时脚钉安装在D腿上,左转时安装在B腿上。
安装位置从基础顶平面上约1.5米处开始至塔顶0.5米处,在一根主材两肢上左右交替安装,间距在400㎜,脚钉的规格、强度级别应与施工图一致。
①Allfootnailsarenon-slipfootnailswithhooks.Generally,lineartowerfootnailsshouldbemountedontherightmainmember(LegD).Forstraintowerandangletowerturningright,thefootnailsshouldbemountedonLegD;otherwise,thefootnailsshouldbemountedonLegBwhentheyturnleft.Thefootnailsshouldbemountedfromabout1.5mabovetheplaneoffoundationroofto0.5mabovethetowertop.Theyshouldbealternativelymountedonthetwolimbsofonesinglemainmember;thepitchis400mm;thespecificationsandstrengthleveloffootnailsshouldbeconsistentwiththeconstructiondrawings.
②脚钉置换受力螺栓时,脚钉级别与螺栓级别一致;
②Whenreplacingstressedboltswithfootnails,theirlevelsshouldbeconsistent;

③设计图纸上铁塔的脚钉若位于包铁或节点板处时,应更换与连接螺栓级别相应的脚钉,不再另打脚钉孔。
③Ifthefootnailsarelocatedattheironcladorgussetplateinthedesigndrawings,theyshouldbereplacedwiththosecorrespondingtotheleveloftheconnectingboltswithoutdrillingfootnailholesagain.
3.6防盗螺栓及防松罩安装
3.6Installationofanti-theftboltandanti-loosecover
(1)所有铁塔基础主柱顶面以上6m范围内的铁塔螺栓采用防盗螺栓;
(1)Alltowerbolts6mabovethetopsurfaceoftheprincipalpostforalltowerfoundationsshouldadoptanti-theftbolts;
(2)6m处如有节点板或接头时应全部安装防盗螺栓;
(2)Anti-theftboltsshouldbeinstallediftherearegussetplatesorjointsat6m;
(3)安装防盗螺栓塔身段脚钉也安装防盗脚钉;
(3)Thetowerbodyinstalledwithanti-theftboltsshouldalsobeinstalledwithanti-theftfootnails;
(4)防盗螺栓的规格和强度标准应与施工图的标准一致;
(4)Specificationsandstrengthstandardofanti-theftfootboltsshouldbeconsistentwiththestandardinconstructiondrawings;
(5)防松罩安装范围:
本工程铁塔采用全塔防松,除防盗螺栓及双帽螺栓外其他部位螺栓及脚钉均安装防松罩。
防松罩应在架线附件完毕且螺栓已复紧后再进行安装。
(5)Installationrangeofanti-loosecovers:
alltowersinthisprojectadoptanti-theftboltsanddouble-nutbolts;besides,theboltsandfootnailsforotherpositionsshouldbeinstalledwithanti-loosecovers.Anti-loosecoversshouldbeinstalledafterwiringaccessoriesarecompletedandboltshavebeenre-tightened.
3.7塔号牌、警告牌、相位牌的安装
3.7Installationoftowernumbersigns,warningsignsandphasesigns
(1)相序牌一般安装在终端塔、换位塔或每10km处的塔上。
(1)Phasesignsshouldbeinstalledatdeadendtower,transpositiontowerorthetowerevery10km.
(2)在临近铁路、河边或公路边的塔上安装警告牌或危险标示。
(2)Warningsignsorboardsshouldbeinstalledatthetowersneartherailway,riverorroad.
(3)铁塔500mm以下部位涂刷符合技术规范要求的保护漆。
(3)Thepart500mmbelowthetowershouldbecoatedwithprotectivepaintthatmeetsthetechnicalspecifications.
(4)塔号牌、警告牌及相位牌等的制作及安装位置应符合设计图纸或工程师的要求。
(4)Productionandinstallationlocationoftowernumbersigns,warningsignsandphasesignsshouldmeettherequirementsofdesigndrawingsorengineers.
4、塔材运输及地面组装
4.Towermemberstransportationandgroundassembly
(1)塔材如有变形、锌层脱落等问题时材料站应及时处理或与铁塔厂联系,不得运至施工现场;塔材在转运时车辆内应垫枕木防止锌层受损,下车时严禁向下抛丢;塔材运至施工现场,如发现有弯曲变形、锌层脱落等问题现场不能处理,施工队及时交与材料站,不得进行组装;
(1)Incaseofdeformationorgalvanizedlayerscaling,thematerialsstationshoulddisposeofthemorcontactthetowerfactoryintime,andsuchmaterialscannotbetransportedtotheconstructionsite;whentransportingthetowermembers,thetrucksshouldpreparesleepersincaseofgalvanizedlayerdamage,andthetowermemberscannotbethrownoutofthetruck;afterthetowermembersaretransportedtotheconstructionsite,thedisformedorgalvanizedlayerscalingmaterialsthatcannotbedisposedofshouldbemovedbacktothematerialsstation;
(2)根据铁塔施工图对塔位上的塔料进行检查,其规格数量应符
