9.2设计
9.2design
9.2.1首先在地面测量放线,确定分离式的门架式加筋水泥土地连墙位置,按测量准确的位置首先施作垂直间隔分离式两排加筋水泥土墙,水泥土中插筋时(最好是在未凝固之前插入,插筋或型钢可采取震动挤压法或锤击法),接着在地表面施作大直径水泥土地锚,锚筋同三角形支护的材料相同。

9.2.2在水泥土地锚的顶部及门架式桩墙的顶部设置钢筋混凝土压板,设置厚度为0.2~0.3m,宽度与门架式及地锚的宽度总合一致宽,典型的门架式加筋水泥土支护结构布置示于图9.1。

9.2.3加筋水泥土桩墙+水泥土地锚的结构设计同8.2.1

9.2.3垂直的加筋水泥土桩置换率砂层为15%,淤泥层为20%,两桩咬合10~15公分,桩垂直率0.5%。

9.2.4水泥土地锚平面分布一般为1.0~1.5米,长度是基坑深度的一倍,即1/2。

9.3施工
9.3theconstruction
9.3.1三角型水泥土加筋挡土结构的施工场地应事先平整,测量,放线,定位,搅拌水泥土桩墙的施工放线必需经过业主、监理、施工三方严格验收后确认无错,开工时如地下有障碍物,延施工线应先挖导向沟宽度为1.5米、深度为2.0米并清除地上地下障碍物,场地低洼时应回填粘性土,地表过软时,应采取防止施工机械失稳的措施。

9.3.2,施工测放的轴线经复核后应妥善保护,垂直水泥土桩位误差不应大于500毫米。

9.3.3施工前应做好施工机具的安装和调试工作。

9.3.4灰浆泵的输浆量、灰浆经输浆管到达喷浆口的时间等均应在施工前标定。
水泥土施工工艺应根据设计要求和实测的各项施工参数综合确定。
施工时必须严格控制浆液水灰比,水灰比不应大于0.50。

9.3.5深层搅拌桩的垂直度应通过调整设备的平整度和导向架对地面的垂直度进行控制,桩身垂直度偏差不应大于1.5%。
对设计要求搭接成壁的桩应连续施工,相邻桩施工间隔时间不应超过24小时。

9.3.6锚杆施工应符合下列要求:

①锚杆钻孔误差不宜大于100mm,偏斜度不应大于3%。
(1)theboltholeerrorshouldnotbegreaterthan100mm,skewnessshouldnotbegreaterthan3%.
②锚固段强度大于15Mpa并达到设计强度等级的75%后方可进行张拉;
(2)theanchoringstrengthisgreaterthan15mpaandreardesignstrengthgradeof75%canbetensioned;
③锚杆张拉顺序应考虑对邻近锚杆的影响,宜采用跳跃张拉;
(3)thebolttensioningsequenceshouldbeconsideredinfluenceonadjacentanchor,appropriateUSESjumptension;
④锚杆锚固段的间距不应小于6D(D为锚杆孔直径),且不小于1m;
(4)oftheanchorrodanchorspacingshouldbenotlessthan6Dfortheboltholediameter(D),andnolessthan1m;
⑤锚杆张拉宜在压顶梁达到设计强度后方可张拉。

10、《LXK工法》加筋水泥土桩墙与多排水泥土地锚支护结构(专利号:

10.1.1基坑周围不具备放坡条件,土体为软~流塑状态的淤泥、淤泥质土、含水量丰富的各类砂土,基坑外地下空间允许锚杆或土钉占用时,可采用水泥土地锚支护的基坑边坡。

10.1.3加筋水泥土地下连续墙所插的筋可以是钢管、槽钢、工字钢及粗钢筋、钢绞线,其中钢绞线可采用钻进代入。

10.1.5垂直向的水泥土地下连续墙除了钢绞线和粗钢筋外,其它型钢均可根据需要插在水泥土中或水泥土桩墙的外侧,同水泥土桩靠紧。

10.1.8水泥土桩身插筋应在桩顶搅拌完成后及时进行,插筋材料、插入长度和出露长度等均应按计算和构造要求确定。

10.2水泥土地锚支护

10.2.1水泥土地锚支护是以直径大较密排列的横向、斜向对软弱土体进行加固补强,超前的制约了软土的应力,通过多排水泥土地锚与土体、加筋水泥土桩墙共同工作,形成补强加固复合土体,达到稳定边坡的目的,适用于基坑以上的软土体加固。

10.2.2竖直向插入的筋和型钢可以在支护结构失去作用时回收,斜向多排地锚的筋可以采用金属筋,也可以采用非金属筋,金属筋在回填土时可以回收。

①设计前应查明场地周围已有建筑物、埋设物、道路交通,工程范围内的土层分布,土性指标及地下水变化等情况,判断《LXK工法》支护护坡的适用性。
(1)thedesignshouldexaminetheexistingbuildings,aroundbeforeembedding,roadtraffic,projectwithinthescopeofthesoillayerdistribution,localizedindicatorsandgroundwaterchanges,etc.,determinetheLXKactcansupporttheapplicabilityoftheslopeprotection.
②《LXK工法》水泥土加筋墙与水泥土地锚支护工程设计包括下列内容:
(2)theLXKactcanreinforcedwallcement-treatedsoilandcementsoilanchorboltingdesignincludethefollowingcontents:
1)确定加固边坡的平面、剖面尺寸及分段施工高度;

2)设计加筋水泥土墙厚度、深度及插入的筋体材料、长度;
