商务谈判是商务活动的一个重要环节,其最终目的是谈判成功,谈判双方实现利益共赢,在谈判的过程中,双方都会表达个性鲜明的意见,并且以不同的形式表现出来,作为参与谈判活动的口译人员,其任务不仅局限在简单的口译活动,而且还要使自己扮演合适的角色,维护主体方的利益,或者是促使双方谈判的顺利进行。
口译人员在商务谈判中的过程至关重要。
因此,在这过程中口译人员要充分掌握谈判技巧,了解跨地域、文化之间的差异,减少不利因素的产生,确保商务谈判活动的顺利进行。
在国际商务谈判中,口译者应该把谈判策略和语言的表达方式进行有机结合,灵活运用,发挥口译人员在商务谈判中的作用,提高谈判的实际效果。
一名优秀的口译者应具备扎实的商务基础知识,丰富的谈判经验和语言沟通技巧。
随着谈判的不断深入,在不同的阶段谈判双方谈判的主体不一样,故口译人员的口译技巧要根据谈判的实际情况合理变化,因此,本论文将商务谈判的口译技巧选为研究方向。

Abstract
Businessnegotiationisanimportantlinkofbusinessactivities,itsfinalpurposeistomakenegotiationssuccess,thebothsidesofnegotiationsrealizewin-wininterests,inthecourseofnegotiations,thetwosideswillexpresspersonaldistinctopinion,andcomesoutindifferentform,astheinterpreterinnegotiationactivities,thetaskisnotonlylimitedinthesimpleinterpretationactivities,butalsoplayaproperrole,safeguardtheinterestsofthesubjectparty,ortopromotetheprogressofnegotiationssmoothlybetweenthetwosides.
Interpreterplayaveryimportantroleinbusinessnegotiations.Therefore,interpretermustfullygraspthenegotiationskills,understandcross-domain,culturaldifferencesandreducetheunfavorablefactorsbetweengeneration,ensurebusinessnegotiationactivitiesproceedsmoothly.Intheinternationalbusinessnegotiations,interpretersshouldcombinethenegotiationstrategiesandlanguageexpression,usetheflexiblelanguages,andfullplayintheroleofbusinessnegotiations,soastoimprovetheactualeffectofnegotiations.Agoodinterpretershouldpossessstrongbusinessfoundationknowledge,richnegotiationskillsandlanguagecommunicationskills.Withthedeepeningofthenegotiations,indifferentstagesthesubjectsofbothsidesaredifferent,sotheinterpretingtechniquemustreasonablechangeaccordingtotheactualsituationofnegotiations.Therefore,thisthesistakesthebusinessnegotiation'sinterpretationskillsasamajorsubject.
