Inthemodernsociety,alargenumberofpeoplethinkthatmoneyplaysanimportantroleinourlife.Butmoneydoesnotmeaneverything.Ifyouregretdoingsomething,thereisnopillcalledregretintheworldwhichyoucanbuy.Differentpeoplehavedifferentviews.
Somepeoplethinkthatmoneyistherootofallevil(罪恶).Thievesstealforwealth,andeventhewarbetweenthetwocountriesisalsoforwealth.Peoplewhowanttogetmoremoneyhavetoworkhard.Nomatterhowmuchwehave,ourdesireformoremoneyforthefuturecanneverbesatisfied.Someevilpeopleeventurntoanevilwayinordertogetit.Whentheygetit,theyareworriedthattheywillloseitsomedayorpeoplewillstealitfromthem.Moneykeepsthemupatnight.
Othersthinkmoneyisareallygoodthing.Actually,moneycanbuymanythings.Ifyouarearichpersonwhoisverywell-off(富有的),youcanownyourowncars,housesandevenotherluxuries(奢侈品),whichmakeyouliveacomfortableandeasylife.Andyoucandosomethingsthatyouwant,suchastravel,adventure,tryonnewthingsandsoon.Tosomeextent(在某种程度上),havingmoneycanmakeyouhappy.
