ChapterOneGeneralPrinciple
1.1Inordertostrengthenmanagementonwastedisposalequipment,techniqueandwaterquality,guaranteenormaloperationofwastedisposalstructureandelectromechanicalequipmentandensuredischargedwaterafterdisposaluptoregulatedwaterqualitystandardsforenvironmentprotection,heretodrawupthismanual;
1.2Inadditiontomeetingthisregulation,operation,maintenanceandothersafeoperationofwastedisposalequipmentshouldalsocomplywithregulationsincurrentnationalcriteriaandstandards.
ChapterTwoGeneralRequirements
2.1OperationManagement
2.1.1Personnelinchargeofoperationmanagementshouldbefamiliarwithdisposaltechnique,structureandequipmentfunction,operationrequirementsforeveryequipmentandrelevanttechnologyspecificationsofthiswastedisposalsystem;
2.1.2Periodicallyround-inspecttheoperationofstructure,electromechanicalequipment,instrumentanddevice;
2.1.3Makeoperationrecordsandwaterqualityanalysisrecordswithaccuratedataontime;
2.1.4Keepstructuresliketankandcontainerandequipmentwatersurfacefreeofanyfloaterandtankwallanddischargeweirnotchcleanandintact;
2.1.5Keepeverymechanicalequipmentandpipefittingsclean,nooil,waterandairleakage;
2.1.6Keepfloorofdisposalsystemclean,nostackedmessandnowet;
2.1.7Checkelectromechanicalequipmentperiodicallyaccordingtodifferentrequirements,addorreplacelubricantorsolidlubricantandmakeperiodicmaintenanceandoverhaultoensureequipmentundergoodoperation.
2.2SafeOperation
2.2.1Operatorandrepaireronthepostmustaccepttechnologytrainingandstartworkingaftertestedforqualification;
2.2.2Cutoffelectricitybeforerepairingelectromechanicalequipmentandstartoperationafterhangamaintenancetagontheswitch;
2.2.3Onrainyorsnowydays,operatorshouldconcernmoreaboutsafeoperationtopreventslidingwhenround-inspectingoroperatingdisposalstructure;
2.2.4Operatoroneverypostshouldhavesafetylaborprotectionwearingforsafeprotection;
2.2.5Nowipingtorunningpartofequipmentwhencleaningelectromechanicalequipmentandsurroundings;
2.2.6Personnotasoperatorisforbiddentostartandstopelectromechanicalequipmentofthisdisposalsystem.
2.3RepairandMaintenance:
2.3.1Operationmanagementpersonnelandmaintenancepersonnelshouldbefamiliarwithelectromechanicalequipment’smaintenanceregulations;
2.3.2Makeperiodicinspection,maintenanceandanti-corrosiontreatmenttovariousvalve,grate,ladder,piping,bracketandcoverboardofdisposalstructureandequipmentandrepairdamagedlightingintime;
2.3.3Frequentlycheckandfastenconnectingpartsinvariousequipmentandreplaceconsumablepartincouplerperiodically;
2.3.4Makeopen&closetestforvariouspipingvalvesperiodicallyandaddlubricanttoleadscrew;
2.3.5Checklimitswitchofelectricgatevalveandmanual&electricinterlockdevice,cleanelectriccontrolcabinetandtestvarioustechnologicalspecificationsperiodically;
2.3.6Afteracertainperiodofoperation,checkairproofatwaterpumpfilingoroilsealingwithnecessarytreatment;;
2.3.7Besidesdailymaintenance,airblower,waterpumpandothermechanicalequipmentshouldhavedisassemblyoverhaulasthefollowingoperationtime:
airblowerwithaccumulatedoperationtime10000h;centrifugalpumpwithaccumulatedoperationtimeof4000h;divingpumpwithaccumulatedoperationtimeof5000h;andthosewaterpumpsandairblowersnotusedfrequentlyshouldhaveadisassemblyoverhaulonceeverythreeyears;
2.3.8Cleanconnectionpipingandopenchannelbetweendisposalstructureandequipmentonceeveryyear;
2.3.9Makeroutinemaintenanceandrepairaccordingtorequirementsineveryelectromechanicalequipment’soperationspecifications.

3.2Processflowandspecifications
3.2.1Specificationsonprocessflow:
Pleaserefertotheattachedprocessflowchartforwastedisposalprocessflowandthebriefdescriptionisasfollows:
IndustrialwastewillbeliftedintoadjustmenttankS-2801forqualityandquantityadjustmentthroughinletpipeline.Withonejetblenderinthetank,partofoutletwaterfromliftingpumpP-2801inadjustmenttankflowsbacktoadjustmenttankforblendingtopreventsuspendedsubstanceinthewastetodepositinthetank.TheliftingpumpinadjustmenttankisstartedorstoppedbyliquidleveltransmitterLICA2801Sinthetank.Whenliquidinthetankreacheshighlevel,liftingpumpinitwillstartautomaticallyandlifttheliquidinadjustmenttankintocoagulationtankR-2810A.Andwhenliquidinthetankreacheslowlevel,liftingpumpwillstopautomatically.Whetherliquidathigh-highlevelorlow-lowlevel,systemwillsendoutalarmautomatically.
CoagulantFeCl3willbeaddedintocoagulationtankR-2810AandblendedbyblenderA-2810Asoastomixwasteandcoagulantquickly.Meanwhile,aPHmeterPH2810AisinstalledincoagulationtanktotestPHvalueinthetank.
LiquidfromcoagulationtankflowsintoreactiontankR-2810B,intowhichlimemilkwillbeadded.ThroughblenderA-2810B,limemilkandwastewillbemixedquicklyandanotherPHmeterisinstalledinreactiontankPH2810Btocontroltheinputamountoflimemilk.Byadjustinginputamountoflimemilk,heavymetalandpartoforganicsubstanceinwastewillreactwithcoagulanttoformflocwithinanappropriatePHrange.
LiquidfromreactiontankflowsintoflocculationtankR-2810C,inwhichmacromoleculeflocculantPAMwillbeadded.ThroughblenderA-2801C,PAMwillmixwithwastequickly.FlocanddepositinwastewillbecomelargerflocthrougheffectofnettingandbridginggeneratedafterflocculantPAMdissolves.
