1•Thewarrantyperiodforwholeunitis18months;
2.IftheProductisrepairedbeyondthewarrantyperiod,thewarrantyperiodfortherepairpartsorreplacementpartsis12monthsfromtheex-factorydate,therestpartsdonothaveanywarrantyperiod.
3.Iftheproductisrepairedwithinthewarrantyperiod,thewarrantyperiodfortherepairpartsorreplacementpartsextends12monthsfromtheex-factorydateandensuretheoriginalwarrantyperiodof18months,thewarrantyperiodfortherestpartsdoesnotchange.

UI3000seriessmartpressuretransmitter,whichisbasedonmaturecapacitivesensorandsolid-statesiliconsensor,isdesignedbyadvancedmodularconcept,andismadeupofsensormodulewithintegratedelectronicadapterunitandamplifiermodulewithkeycontrolunit.Whenprocesspressureworicsonsensor,ttiepressuresignalwillbeconvertedtoelectricalsignalbythesensor,andafterbeingsampled>conditioned^amplifiedandconvertedbytheelectronicadapterunit,theanalogsignalof4-20mAwilloutput*FigureLIistheelectricalblockdiagramwhichillustratestherelationshipofeachfunctionblock.

TheA/Dconvertercircuitconvertstheanalogsignalcomingfromconditioningcircuittodigitalsignalwhichisinputofthemicroprocessor. Temperatureofthetransmitterisacquiredbythetemperaturesensorsandthenconvertedtodigitalsignalwhichissuppliedtothemicroprocessortodotemperaturecompensation. EEPROMhasthefunctionofpowerfailureprotectionandisusedtostoreconfigurationparametersanddeviceinformation. II.Amplifiermodule AmplifierModuleismainlymadeofaremovableelectroniccomponentandlocalkeymodule.Itisusedtorealizetransmitterconfiguration,adjustment,selfdiagnosis,temperaturecompensation,analogoutput,HARTcommunication,etc.ThecoreofamplifiermoduleismicroprocessorandincludesD/Aconverter,HARTmodemchip,localkey,etc. ThemicroprocessoroftransmittercontrolsA/DconversionandD/Aconversion,andrealizeslinearization,transmitterconfiguration,selfdiagnosis,temperaturecompensationandmenudisplay(withLCDindicator),etc. TheD/Aconversioncircuitconvertsthedigitalsignalcoiningfromthemicroprocessortoanalogsignalof4~20mAwhichthenbeoutputtocircuitloop. Localkeymodulecanachieveon-siteadjustmentforbothzeroandspan.Avarietyofon-siteadjustmentandsettingscanbeachievedwiththeLCDindicator. HARTmodemchipmodulatesdigitalsignalintoHARTsignalwhichissuperimposedon4〜20mAanalogsignalanddemodulatesHARTsignalintodigitalsignalwhichisthensuppliedtomicroprocessor.
