InfineonIM231-L6S1B+IMC101T-T038马达驱动解决方案
infineon公司的iMOTION™ IMC100是高性能马达控制集成电路系列产品,集成了所需硬件和软件对永磁同步马达(PMSM)进行控制,能以最低的系统和开发成本是任何马达系统最快时间上市.所集成的脚本引擎允许增加应用灵活性而不会对马达和PFC控制算法造成任何的干扰.评估板EVAL-C101T-IM231马达驱动是基于iMOTION™2.0IMC100系列,具有先进的马达控制引擎(MCE),用于整个速度范围的永磁马达驱动;同时还能演示该公司用于马达驱动的CIPOSTMMicroIPM技术.评估板包括控制器(IMC101T-T038)和逆变器(CIPOSTMMicroIPM),很容易通过MCEDesigner和MCEWizard进行调试.提供了单相AC连接器,整流器,DC链接,控制器和三相输出到马达.本文介绍了iMOTION™IMC100系列框图及相应的配置图,评估板EVAL-C101T-IM231主要特性,电路图,材料清单和PCB设计图.
iMOTION™IMC100isafamilyofhighlyintegratedICsforthecontrolofvariablespeeddrives.Byintegratingboththerequiredhardwareandsoftwaretoperformcontrolofapermanentmagnetsynchronousmotor(PMSM)theyprovidetheshortesttimetomarketforanymotorsystematthelowestsystemanddevelopmentcost.
TheintegratedscriptengineallowstoaddapplicationflexibilitywithoutinterferingwiththemotorandPFCcontrolalgorithm.

ThisusermanualprovidesanoverviewoftheevaluationboardEVAL-C101T-IM231includingitsmainfeatures,keydata,pinassignmentsandmechanicaldimensions.
EVAL-C101T-IM231isanevaluation-boardaspartoftheevaluationdesignplatformformotordrivebasedoniMOTION™2.0IMC100Series.ThisboardfeaturesanddemonstratesInfineon’sadvancedMotionControlEngine(MCE)technologyforpermanentmagnetmotorsdriveoverthefullspeedrange.Inthesametimeitfeatures anddemonstratesInfineon’sCIPOSTMMicroIPMtechnologyformotordrive.
TheevaluationboardEVAL-C101T-IM231wasdevelopedtosupportcustomersduringtheirfirststepsdesigningapplicationswithrunninganypermanentmagnetmotorviasensor-lesssinusoidalcontrol.
TheEVAL-C101T-IM231evaluationboardisanevaluationdesignplatformforcompleteinverter-controlledmotordriveapplicationsbasedoniMOTIONTM2.0 chipset.AsaformfactorboardformotordriveitcontainsController(IMC101T-T038)andinverter(withCIPOSTMMicroIPM).TheevaluationplatformcaneasilybedebuggedthroughtheMCEDesignerandMCEWizardduringcustomerfirstdesigningapplicationswithIMC101T-T038.
Thisevaluationboardisdesignedtogivecomprehensiblesolutionsofsensor-lesscontrolofpermanentmagnetmotorsoverthefullspeedrange.Itprovidesasingle-phaseAC-connector,rectifier,DC-link,controller(withsensorlessfieldorientedcontrol),3-phaseoutputtomotor.ItissingleshuntforcurrentsensingandavoltagedividerforDC-linkvoltagemeasurement.
TheEVAL-C101T-IM231evaluationboardisavailablefromInfineon.Thefeaturesofthisboardaredescribedinthedesignfeaturechapterofthisdocument,whereastheremainingparagraphsprovideinformationtoenablethecustomerstocopy,modifyandqualifythedesignforproductionaccordingtotheirownspecificrequirements.
EnvironmentalconditionswereconsideredinthedesignoftheEVAL-C101T-IM231.Thedesignwastestedasdescribedinthisdocumentbutnotqualifiedregardingsafetyrequirementsormanufacturingandoperationoverthewholeoperatingtemperaturerangeorlifetime.TheboardsprovidedbyInfineonaresubjecttofunctionaltestingonly.
EvaluationboardsarenotsubjecttothesameproceduresasregularproductsregardingReturnedMaterialAnalysis(RMA),ProcessChangeNotification(PCN)andProductDiscontinuation(PD).Evaluationboardsareintendedtobeusedunderlaboratoryconditionsbyspecialistsonly.
