Abstract:
Whenthewastestowingtechniqueisusedincoalmining,thewasteconveyorhassomeproblemswhichare

(4)continuousshorteningoftheconveyorbelt
4)thejointbetweenthedischargeendoftheconveyorandthepositionwherethewastesfill.Aimingattheseproblems,theexistingDSP1010/650conveyorwhichwasofthehead-drivingstylewastransformedintothetail-drivingbasedontheoreticalcalculation,andanautomatictensiondevicewasinstalledforthetelescopicbeltconveyor.Inaddition,thewastefillingtechniquewasdesignedsuccessfullyappliedinXingdongcoalmine.Theresultshowsthatthismatchingequipmentnotonlycanmeettherequirementforwastefillingtechniquebutalsoishighinfillingefficient,stableinperformance,goodreliabilityinitstensiondevice,whichhaswellsolvedtheproblemofslowfillingresultedfromtheoldmatchingequipment.Therefore,itiswidelyappliedinwastetreatingofcoalminesandthecoalminingunderbuildings.

Coalproductionwithlotsofsolidwastegangueemissions,thetraditionalapproachistothesurfacebyundergroundcoalaccumulation,formingtheuniquecharacteristicsofganguesurfacebuildings"mountain".Accordingtonotcompletecount,thecoalganguepiledupaccumulatedabout45milliont,largewastemountainsandlandoccupiedmorethan1,600about1,5millionha,butalsoto1yearaccumulationquantity,5-2,0milliontspeedincrease.Wastedischargeforhumansurvivalenvironmentandconditionofthegreatthreatandharm,mainlydisplaysin:
occupyland,Pollutionoftheenvironment,Humansafetyhazards.Inaddition,China's"three"(underbuildings,railway,underwater)alotofcoalresourcesbacklog.Accordingtostatistics,China'sproductionofcoalmineTongPeionly"three"underthepressureofcoal,ninemilliontreached137,amongthem.Underbuildings,68milliont,94totalpressurecoal69percent.Therefore,howtosolvesuchcoalresourcesrecyclingunderbuildingsandwastepaper(mainlyreferstotheundergroundrockandcoalfromtworockcavern,fromcoaltunnelingofdownholeprocessingproblemhasalreadybecometheimportanttechnicalproblemsofcoalmining.TakinghebeiTaurusenergysharesofalimitedliabilitycompanyXingDongcoalgangueasanexample,studiestheuseofindustrialbuildings,fillingthecoalminingtechnologyandsquaremainauxiliaryequipment,inordertosolvethetechnicalproblems.

Taildrivetypecoalconveyerbeltconveyoristhebasisforthethoroughreformdrivemode,theparametersincludingbandwidthB,speed,drivingthecircumferenceofrollerV,driverollerforitsstrengthandpowerformakingmotorpowerN,analysisandcalculationareasfollows.
