ThisprojectismadeonthebasisofpresentGuangzhouJiufangElectronicsCo.,Ltd.GuangzhouJiufangElectronicsCo.,Ltdisspecializedinresearch,development,productionandsalesoflaboratoryequipments.Currentlythecompanyhasdevelopedsevenseriesoflaboratoryequipmentsandvariouslaboratoryfittingsandaccessories,especiallytheautomaticdynamicinhalationchamber,whichisthehi-techproductwiththehighesttechnologicalcontent,aproductthatfillsthenationalandinternationalmarketgapinthisarea.ThisprojectaimstoseekprojectfinancingofUS$2millionforautomaticdynamicinhalationchamberforthepurposeoflarge-scaleproductionandinstantpenetrationintothemarket.

Thedigitalautomaticdynamicinhalationchamberisthespecialexperimentapparatusforanimalinhalationoftoxin.Intheproductionandlivingenvironment,manytoxinsenterintohumanbodythroughaspiratorychannel,suchasthecaseoftheglobalepidemicSARS.Followingimprovementoflivingstandard,healthhasbeenthefocusofconcernandthetargetofpursuitofthepeopleandtherequirementsfortheinstitutionsengagedindiseasetreatmentandprevention.Currently,thereareseveralhundredoftoxicologicallabsinthedomesticgovernmentdepartments,testingorganizations,hospitalsanduniversities,whichcarryoutmanytoxicologicalexperiments.Theanimalinhalationequipmentsaretheessentialfittingsforsuchexperiments,thedemandforwhichreachesover1,000setsinChinaatpresentstage.However,inthecurrentmarketnomatureproductsareavailable.In2001,aGermancompanydevelopeddynamicinhalationequipmentfortheDiseasePreventionandControlCenteroftheStateAdministrationofLabor.Thatequipmentisstillundermaturity,withmanyparametersunabletomeettheexperimentrequirements,yetitscostreachesuptoRMB2,000,000.Itisapparentthatthemarketdemandfordynamicinhalationchamberisurgent.

Jiufanghasdevelopedthedynamicinhalationchamberthatusescomputersystemtoautomaticallyandpreciselycontroltheinnerairpressuredynamicbalancetomaintaintheoxygencontentinthechamber,sothattheratioofmixtureofthetestsubjectandtheairremainsthesame.Thustheparameterslikeinhalationdensitybecomecontrollable.AccordingtothelatestresearchmadebyGuangdongScienceandTechnologyInformationInstitute（thestateclassAinformationunit）,endedOctober2003,inChinatherewasnootherproductsimilartodynamicinhalationchamber（Seetheattachmentforthereport）,andcurrentlynoinformationonthesimilarproductisavailableintheworld.Thecoretechnologyofdynamicinhalationchamberhasbeenpatented,thepatentholderbeingWangYonggang,legalrepresentativeandGeneralManagerofthecompany.Alsothecoretechnologyoftheproductisunderpossessionoftheshareholdersofthecompany,thusinaquitelongperiodinthefuture,thereisnoconcernoflossoftechnologyandleaveofpersonnel.

Thisprojectishighlyprofitable,withhighrisk-resistantpotential,complyingwiththeChinamarketdemandandthestatepolicy.ItispreliminarilyestimatedthatwithinfiveyearstheNPVmayreachRMB49,221,592元,IRRat61.6%,investmentrecoveryperiodbeing2.12years.Theadditionalinvestmentwilltaketheformoflong-termloan,forwhichthecompanywillpayfixedannualreturnat4.6%,andtheprincipalofwhichwillberepaidsixyearslater.

2.1CompanyBackground

GuangzhouJiufangElectronicsCo.,Ltdwasestablishedin1996,withregisteredaddressatRom605,Building12,No.102LiwanRoad,Guangzhou,withregisteredcapitalRMB500,000.

ThecompanyengagedinITindustryattheestablishment.Inthebeginningof2002,thecompanystartedtoenterthefieldoflaboratoryequipments,developingtheprojectofdynamicinhalationchamber.Thecompanyhasdevelopedsevenlinesoflaboratoryequipmentsandthepartsandaccessories,includingmodularlaboratoryequipments,steelstructurelaboratoryequipments,C-shapestructurelaboratoryequipments,woodenstructurelaboratoryequipments,steel/steel-woodtoxinexhaustingchamber（ventilationchamber）,toxicologicallaboratoryequipmentsandanimalroomequipmentsetc.

2.3CompanyStatusQuo

Currentlythecompanyhasover40employeesinlaboratoryequipmentplanning,development,productionandsales.TheirfunctionsareasinFig2-1.

TheInhalationEquipmentDeptisresponsibleforresearchanddevelopmentofinhalationchambers,themostvigorousandfastestgrowingdepartmentinthecompany.Inordertodevelopdynamicinhalationchamber,theInhalationEquipmentDepthassetuptheR&DTeam,whichisthefoundationanddrivingforceofgrowthofthecompany,consistedof8members,including3experiencedsoftwareandhardwaredevelopmentengineersandplottingdesigners,2planningpersonneland1installationpersonnel.TheGeneralManagerandtheChiefEngineerarerespectivelytheTeamChiefandtheViceTeamChief.ThecompletedivisionoffunctionsensuressmoothR&Dofdynamicinhalationchamber.

TheLabFurnitureDeptisresponsiblefordesigningandplanninglaboratoryfurnitureproducts.Thisdepartmenthaseverdesignedcustomizedlaboratoryequipmentswithinternationalintegrityfortheclientsintheindustriesofmedicaltreatment,medicine,sanitation,foods&beverages,andfinechemicalsetc.

TheEngineeringDeptisresponsibleforlaboratoryfurnitureinstallationandtest-run.Theservicesofferedbytheexperiencedtechniciansinthesedepartmentshavewonhighrecommendationfromtheclients.TheAftersalesServiceDeptisthewindowdepartmentofthecompany,mainlyresponsiblefordealingwiththeopinions,suggestionsandcomplaints,regularlycallingbacktoclientstoobtaintheinformationofclients’demandsandchangesofdemandsandtofeedbacktothecompany,sothatthecompanyisabletounderstandthemarketandtakeeffectiveactions.

GeneralManager,graduatedfromHuangzhongCollegeofScienceandTechnologyin1984（nowHuazhongUniversityofScienceandTechnology）inAutomation.From1984--1991,workedinGuangdongProvincialMachineryResearchInstituteforCADresearch,experiencedinmachineryelectronicautomation.In91,startedtoinitiatebusinessofCADproductsdevelopment,turningthetheoreticalknowledgeintoadvancedpracticalproducts,experiencedintheoryandpractice.In2002,startedtoengageinR&Dofautomaticdynamicinhalationchamber,responsibleforoverallimplementationofplan.

WeiHengyong:

ChiefEngineerforR&D,graduatedfromGuangxiMachineryUniversityin.1987,thenworkedinGuangxiGuilinForestryMachineryGroupinresearchofmachinerydesignfor13years,withsufficienttheoreticalknowledge.In2000jointedLeimengteCompany,aSingaporecompanyfamousinthelaboratoryfurniture,asChiefEngineer,responsibleforR&Dofinhalationchamber,withauthoritativeinfluenceintechnicalresearchofdynamicinhalationchamber.In2002,joinedJiufangasChiefEngineer,responsiblefortechnicalresearchofmachinerystructureofautomaticdynamicinhalationchamber.

ChenWeike:

ProjectDirectorofdynamicinhalationchamber,graduatedfromNankingCollegeofPolytechnicsin1989（nowSoutheastUniversity）inAutomation.Aftergraduation,workedinaleadingcomputercompanyinShenzhenforcomputercontrolandmaintenance,veryfamiliarwithcomputerindustry,specializedincomputerautomation.In2002,tookchargeofdevelopmentandimplementationofautomaticdynamicinhalationchamber,responsiblefortechnicalresearchofelectriccontrol.
