“Protectionofculturalrelicshasmanymorelegalreferencesnow,”saidLuoShugang,MinisterofCulture.
“However,tocarryoutthelawsthatsafeguardculturalrelics,itisessentialtoconductanarchaeologicalinvestigationbeforeanymajorinfrastructureconstructionbegins,”headded.
