July20,1969wasanimportantday,whentwoAmericans—ArmstrongandAldrinlandedonthemoon,thefirstmenonthemoon.TheywentinaspaceshipcalledApollo11,whichleftCapeKennedyonJuly16andwent385,000kilometres.Thejourneytookthreedays.OnJuly20ththespaceshiplandedintheSeaofTranquility.
