已知:
齿轮Z511,Z632,分度圆压力角20°,模数m6,齿轮为正常齿制,工作情
况位开式传动,齿轮Z6与曲柄共轴
要求:
1)用C语言编写程序计算
A.中心距a(圆整尾数为5或0或双数);
B.啮合角;
C.按小轮不发生根切为原则分配变位系数X5、X6;
D.计算基圆直径db5、db6,分度圆直径d5、d6,节圆直径d5、d6,
分度圆齿厚S5、S,基圆齿厚Sb5、Sb6,齿顶圆齿厚Sa5、Sa6,
节圆展角;
E.重合度;
2)计算出齿形曲线,在2号图纸上绘制齿轮传动的啮合图
3)编写出计算说明书。
