Butwhenweanalyzethecellschemicallywefindsomethingveryinteresting,achemicalinthem,andanenzymecalledtelomerase.AsbitsofthetelomerebreakofffromtheendofChromosome,thischemical,thistelomerasecanrebuildit,canhelpresembletheprotectedDNA,thetelomerethattheChromosomeislost.Somedaywemaybeabletotakeanycellandkeepitalivefunctioningandreproducingitselfessentiallyforeverthroughtheuseoftelomerase.Andinthefuturewemayhavevirtuallyimmortalnervecellsandimmortalskincellsofwhateverbecauseofthesechemical,telomerasecankeepthetelomereontheendsofChromosomesfromgettinganyshorter.
