职场沟通读后感
沟通Followup,工作muchbetter——读麦斯顿观点有感
今天我认真拜读了麦斯顿领导力的这篇文章,文章篇幅虽然短小精悍,但是却是字字珠玑,读来令人感悟颇深。
刚开始看这篇文章,看导读,感觉作者写的很深奥,又拗口,令人像云里雾里一般,不明白作者在讲些什么。
不过书读百遍,其义自现。
在读过两三遍之后,才感觉作者所言果然深刻有力,有理有据,是高屋建瓴之言。
文章的导读里传达着这么一种思路“只有有效沟通反馈——组织的共同目标才能有效逐级传递,也就是大家心往一处想——才能劲往一处使,高效的执行各自应承担的工作职务。
其中,重中之重便是这有效的沟通反馈机制,也就是下文提到的“跟进”沟通。
文中为方便我们理解举出了很多的例子,有他自己重复确定会议安排,也有好助理、差助理的明显对比,他在据这些例子进行阐述的同时,我也在思考自己的平常生活工作,是不是有按照他提倡的做法来做,没做到的是否给公司、给自己、给客户带来了不利的影响,自己如果也曾因为沟通不及时或者跟进不及时而造成一些不必要的麻烦?
我一边读一边思考,越想越觉得惊心,越想越觉得受教。
回想自己曾经因为懈怠或是因为想当然造成的反馈不及时、跟进不及时而产生的不良后果。
心中真是感慨万千,有懊悔,有自责,更多的却是感觉醍醐灌顶,真有听君一席话,胜读十年书的感觉。
心中也是自觉地为自己拉上警戒线,敲上定时钟,想自己在以后的工作中,一定要注
意良好沟通,勤加反馈,时时跟进,争取“因沟通让我更出色”!
在谈到followup沟通中,订机票这个例子给我感触最深:
“一个靠谱的助理会定义“订机票”包括两步:
一是问清楚航班的型号、时间、座位的要求;二是订好机票后,将一切确定的信息反馈给当事人,让他知道这件事情已经结束。
任何事情必然有沟通的部分。
”工作总要有接手和完成两部分组成,而如何将工作从接手很好地过渡到完成,这其中的关键就是这沟通两个字,没有沟通,便不知到需求,没有沟通,没有有效的反馈,工作的状态便是持续进行中,而始终达不到完成的地步,只有有效沟通,了解需求及各项要求,将各个要求圆满做好并及时反馈后,工作才算是走向完成。
文章最后还教给我们如何主动跟进,我看完之后,觉得也很有裨益。
当然我的上层领导在沟通方面做的很好,但我想自己也是该有所了解关注,以备不时之虞。
在该自己主动提出沟通时要果敢联系,不推诿,不将就,尽好职责,更好完成自己的工作。
最后非常感谢能有机会看到这篇文章,我觉得这是对我工作的一个新转折点,在这篇文章的启示和影响之下,我想在以后的工作中,我定会更好的沟通,更好的反馈,更好的跟进,将自己的工作做得更加出色!
