1ShiptourismtoAntarcticaisontherise:
Morethan35,000touristsareexpectedtovisitAntarcticathisspringandsummer.In1992-93,6,750visitedAntarctica,accordingtotheAntarcticTreatySecretariat.Allofthistourism,however,isposinggreatdangertobothtouristsandtheenvironment.
