1.Introduction
1.1ApplicableScope
Thismanualdescribestheintegratedmanagementsystem(IMS)ofXXXXCo.,Ltd,andisthecontrollingdocumentforallaspectsofthemanagementofquality,environment,occupationalhealthandsafety.
Themanagementsystemiscomposedofintegratedquality,environment,occupationalhealthandsafetymanagementsystem.
Itcarriesoutactivitiesinaneffectiveway,combiningthreestandards.ThefirstoftheseisISO9001forobtainingcustomersatisfaction.ThesecondisISO14001forcorporatesocialresponsibilityandobtainingthesatisfactionofinterestedparties.ThethirdoneisISO45001forobtainingthesatisfactionofemployeeswithasafeworkenvironmentprovided.
Thismanualservesasahigh-level“roadmap”toXXXXIMSandtohousetheprocedureswithXXXXfollowsinimplementingandmaintainingitsIMS.
Thismanualandsubsequentrevisions,isreviewedbymanagementrepresentative,approvedbymanagementboard(MB),andispublishedbyISOspecialistininternalnetworkofXXXX.ItshouldbereadbymanagementandallXXXX.Thismanualisacontrolleddocumentandprintedcopiesofthismanualandrelevantproceduresareonlyvalidatthetimeofprinting,andshouldbedestroyedwhentheintendeduseisreached.
