教学目的与要求:
在遵循现代外语教学理念、严格遵照教学大纲和教学要求、充分运用先进信息技术的基础上,注重为学生创造自主学习环境,强调个性化学习,努力培养学生对基本写作理论的准确理解能力和灵活应用能力,使他们在高年级课程及深造中能用英语有效地进行口头和书面的信息交流,增强其自主学习能力,提高综合文化素养及素质。
同时,课程还要求对学生进行学习方法指导,使学生具有阅读和翻译与本专业有关的英文资料的能力,并为进一步学习英语打下一定的基础。
根据教育部大学英语有关大纲的要求,使学生学习英语的基本知识,培养学生应用英语的基本能力,并掌握一定的英语学习能力。
