励志夏令营的教师代表演讲稿

各位同仁、各位同学，大家好！

我今天的发言题目是“感知清华，读懂青春”。

我来自九省通衢的武汉市的第一初级中学。

今天作为励志夏令营的教师代表在此发言，我倍感荣幸。

站在华夏的最高学府，面对朝气蓬勃的青春少年，在如此隆重的气氛之中，在如此珍贵的朋友们面前，我实在难以抑制内心的紧张与激动。

正值清华百年校庆之际，踏上清华励志夏令营，却突然站在这高贵神圣的北大百年讲堂，实在让我措手不及，所以我不得不忍痛割爱，将北大奉于尊座，在他深邃的目光的注视下，在他宽厚的怀抱里，和各位交流我对清华和青春的一点理解。

清华，我来了，带着我的学生来了。

千年古都、百年名校，我们涉千山万水，终于来了！

虽有舟车劳顿之苦，但我们兴奋，我们自豪！

我们来此不是为欣赏这颇具皇家风范的清华园。

要看风景，我们可登泰山之巅观喷薄日出；也可赴西北塞外赏大漠孤烟。

尽管这荷塘的月色曾让我们浮想联翩，尽管这中西合璧的清华建筑足以让我们叹为观止。

但真正吸引我们师生的是清华的内蕴与精神。

此地乃谈笑有鸿儒，往来无白丁之所。

梁启超曾在此发表激情澎拜的《君子》演说，唤醒多少沉睡中的中国少年；钱钟书横扫清华图书馆，为我们留下不朽的传世佳作；朱自清漫步荷塘池边，将月色下的荷塘描绘的如诗如画；多少青年才俊曾在此激扬文，总论天下事；多少墨客骚人，曾荟萃于此。

如此斯人远去，但他们的背影却让我们感觉如此清晰。

他们的形象、他们的精神、他们的思想早已融入在这清华的空气里。

连同清华的一草一木、一砖一瓦构成了清华厚重深刻的历史，散发着人文的芬芳，进而积淀成中华文化“自强不息，厚德载物”的精神瑰宝，并铸入校徽，高悬于庄重的礼堂，警示和鞭策着每一位清华学子。

我们来了，带着对知识的渴望；带着对生活的激情；更带着对梦想的追求！

“自强不息，厚德载物”的清华校训也激励着我们每一位上进青年。

读懂清华校训，才可能读懂清华。

天行健，君子当自强不息；地势坤，君子以厚德载物。

对于我们每一位莘莘学子诚然如此。

不屈不挠，战胜自我，永远向上的精神品质是获取知识宝藏的基石。

爱自然、爱社会、爱周围的每个人、爱自己是我对厚德的理解，它是我们的最高道德追求。

它犹地之博大而无物不载，它会让我们的人生旅途饱含价值、充满快乐。

读懂清华，更要读懂青春。

同学们，青春是什么？

青春是追梦的季节，梦想是青春的符号。

我们来此寻梦。

当我们裹起行囊远赴与此，事实上我们的梦想已经萌芽，我们的追求之旅已经启程。

像信教徒朝拜圣地，像革命者奔向延安。

在这里，大师们不经意的言行或能让我们的人生困惑得醍醐灌顶；与清华学子的真诚交流或能让我们求学之困茅塞顿开；与五湖四海的优秀同学相处或能让我们情感疑惑豁然开朗。

我呼唤所有到此的同学、同仁，以谦虚的心态，细心感悟、用心体验每一次活动，真诚面对每一个人，海纳百川，有容乃大。

让我们的灵魂更加充实，让我们的梦想之翼更加丰满。

我们既然为寻梦而来，就一定要乘梦而归！

梦想固然美丽，追梦之旅注定崎岖。

学会在困难面前坚强；在压力面前坚定；在诱惑面前坚持；在寂寞面前坚守。

没有追梦的青春，离开恢弘的想象、缺乏坚强的意志，虽是四肢强健的青春少年实已至步履蹒跚的垂暮之年。

除了对梦想不知疲倦的追求，青春应该饱含情感。

当父母毫不犹豫地支持我们，默默地在家乡忍受着对我们的思念之苦时，我们才有幸于此；当老师不辞辛苦地陪同我们感知这励志之旅时，我们才有望于此。

同学们，你们可曾知道，当离家的汽笛响起时，多少父母的眼泪已涌入眼帘。

厚德载物的内涵对我们暂时也许略显高深，但用饱满的情感和切实的行动一直以来支持、帮助我们的父母、老师甚至陌生人是非常现实的。

一颗感恩的心应该是青春的标志之一。

青春就是梦想、追求与情感的美妙组合。

成功皆必然。

它由梦想孕育、由追求孵化、由情感完美。

让我们把握青春，笑对成功！

少年智则国智，少年富则国富，少年强则国强。

当更多的青春之舟成千帆竞发、百舸争流之势时，伟大祖国必成蔚为壮观之景。

此情之景，毕生难忘。

Everyonehashisdreamsbutnotallofthemdaretomakeitcometrue.Justlikeahuteraimedathisgamebutneverfireorasoldierwhocryingoutbutnevertoward.Theyareafraidoffailurethattheymightencounter.
