PRE-CASTCONCRETEPANELSFORCONSTRUCTIONOFABUILDING
Theinventionrelatestosetofpre-castconcretepanelsforconstructionofabuildingandamethodofusingthesameinthebuildingindustry.
Inbuildingconstruction,itisoftennecessarytoconstructthestructuralframework,floorslabandfollowedbytheerectionofin-fillpanels(normallytheyarebrickwalls).Thereafteradditionalconstructionworkhastobedoneintheinstallationofelectricalwires,gasandwaterplumbingconnectionsandextemalwallfurnishingofthebuildinghastobecompleted.Alltheserequireskilledworkersandaretimeconsumingandisexpensive.Themouldformworksetforpre-castconcreteindustriesinpriorartisexpensivebecauseaspecificmouldonlycanbeusedforaparticularproject.
Theobjectivesofthisinventionaretomitigatethesedisadvantagesbytheuseofvarioustypesofpre-castconcretepanels,adoptionofauniversalmouldformworksetandtheadoptionofanewsystemofconstructionofabuildingusingthepre-castconcretepanels.
Accordingtothefirstaspectoftheinvention,thepre-castconcretewallpanelscompriseof
1.Tshapepanels(straightlineincross-sectionwidthwise)and'I'shapepanelswithdoororwindowopening,2.'L'shapepanelsand'L'shapepanelswithdoororwindowopening,
3.T'shapepanelsandTshapepanelswithdoororwindowopening,
4.'Cross'shapecross-sectionalpanelsand'Cross'shapecross-sectionalpanelswithdoororwindowopeningononeormoresides.
Accordingtoasecondaspectoftheinvention,thepre-castconcretewallpanels,includeapre-castconcretebeamandapre-castconcretecornicefinishingatoneedge.
Accordingtoathirdaspectoftheinvention,apluralityofsteellinksextendfromthepre¬castconcretebeamofthepre-castconcretepanels.Aninterlockingsystemofreinforcedconcretebeamsifformedbytheinsertionofreinforcementsteelbarsthroughthelinksandthepouringin-situconcretetoconstructionjointsformedbypre-castconcreteslabsandpre-castconcretebeamsofthepre-castconcretewallpanels.
Accordingtoafourthaspectoftheinvention,thelengthofTshapepre-castconcretewallpanelcanbeadjustedattheconstructionstagetocomplywiththearchitecturalandengineeringrequirementsbyadjustingtheedgeformworkofmouldingformworkset.Thearmsof'L'shape,T'shapeand'Cross'shapepanelscanalsobeadjustedifnecessary,butnormallytheyareconstantinsinglesize.
Accordingtoafifthaspectoftheinvention,thepre-castconcreteslabincludesrecessesatthecentralregionoftheslabpanelandpre-castconcretebeamsalongtheperimeteroftheslabpanel.
Accordingtoasixthaspectoftheinvention,thesizesofthepre-castconcreteslabpanelscanbeadjustedatthecastingstagetocomplythearchitecturalandstructuralrequirements.
Accordingtoseventhaspectoftheinvention,theheightofthepre-castbeamofthepre-castconcreteslabpanelcanbeadjustedatthecastingstagetocomplywiththestructuralengineeringrequirements.
Hollowcoresextendlongitudinallyfromoneendtotheotherinthepre-castwallandinthepre-castslabpanel.Thehollowcoresaredesignedtoaccommodatestructural,mechanicalandelectricalrequirement.Areinforcedconcretecolumnisformedinaborebyinsertingreinforcementsteelbarsintothehollowcoreofthepre-castconcretepanelandthereafterin¬filledwithcast-in-situconcrete.
Wallscanbeerectedandsupportedbyintroducingreinforcementsteelbarsandin-fillcast-in-situconcreteintothecoresatbothendsofthepre-castconcretewallpanelsorbyintroducingreinforcementsteelbarsandin-fillcast-in-situconcretetolongitudinalrecesseswhichformcorewhentwopre-castwallsareplacedinstraight-linealignmenttoeachother.
ItwouldunderstoodthatthecorescanbeprovidedtoTshape,'L'shapeand'cross'shapepre-castconcretepanelsbutcoresmaynotbenecessarytopre-castconcretewallpanelslikeTshape(straightincrosssection).TheTshapepre-castconcretepanelmaybeprovidedwithlongitudinalrecessesatthebothendsofthepanelwithoutanycoresinbetween.Thestructurallinkingofpre-castconcretewallpanelsandpre-castconcreteslabpanelsiscarriedoutbyintroducingreinforcementsteelbarsthroughthelinksextendingfromthepre¬castconcretebeamsofthewallpanels,addingwiremeshandtopbarstothetopsurfaceofpre¬castslabpanelsandpre-castbeamsrespectively,thenpouringconcreteintotroughsformedbypre-castconcreteslabsandthepre-castconcretebeamstoformconstructionjoints.Forsinglestoreybuilding,'ITshapesteelbarsareinsertedintothecastin-situconcretecolumnsnexttoeachotherfromthetwolinearlyalignedadjacentpre-castconcretewallpanels.
In-fillwallpanelbetweencornersofpre-castconcretewallpanelsorbetweenanytwodesiredpointscanbeobtainedbyusingasinglepanelorpluralnumberofTshapestraightwallpanelsplacedinalinearalignmenttoeachother.Thelengthofanypanelcanbeadjustedatthecastingstagebyslidinganadapterwithoutalteringthemouldingformworkset.
