Controloffuelratioforkilnandcalciner
Kiln/decompositionfurnacefuelratiocontrolshouldbebasedonthefollowingprinciples:
(1)thekilnandthegastemperatureofdecomposingfurnaceshouldnotbehigherthanthenormalvalue;
(2)ventilationinreasonablecircumstances,theoxygencontentofthekilnandcalcineroutletintheexhaustgasshouldbekeptinaproperrange,shouldasfaraspossibletoavoidtheemergenceofcarbonmonoxide;(3)thetemperatureandventilationcouldimprovethefuelratioofdecomposingfurnace.Theseprinciplesareeasytounderstandandmostofthemcanbecarriedout,buttherearemanypeoplewhostillhavesomevagueideasandcannotdealwiththemwellwhenconfrontedwithproblems.
Thefuzzyunderstandingofthekilntodecompositiontemperature,furnaceareabetweenthecrustthatisseriousduetothedecompositionfurnacefuelcausedbyoperation,thusalwaysreducedecompositionfurnacefuel,andthenincreasethekilnfuel,theresultsofthisregionaltemperatureincreasedfurther,thecrustismoreserious,kilnconditionworsened.Infact,inadditiontokilngasandfurnacegasseparatedfromthedoubleserieskiln,itismainlyduetoexcessivefuelinthekiln.Asweallknow,thedecompositionfurnaceisanefficientheatexchanger,thedecompositionfurnacemorefuel,theexhaustgastemperatureisnottoohighandthefurnacematerialcanobtainahigherdecompositionrate.Butifthispartshouldbeaddedtothefurnace,thedecompositionrateofthekilnmaterialwillbelow,whichwillincreasetheburdenonthekiln.Becausethekilnheatexchangeefficiencyislow,inordertoensurethenormalburningclinker,itshouldbeaddedtothefuelinthekiln,butbythecombustionspaceandtheheatexchangeefficiencylimit,tothedecompositiontemperatureofthefurnacekilnareabetweentheinevitablehigh.Andthisareaisjust"materialthinarea",andthematerialiseasytoproduceinthispartofthecorneroftheloop,thereareverygoodskinconditions,easytocauseseriousskin.Thematerialitselfdoesnotexceedthetemperatureequilibriumtemperaturewasincompletedecompositionbefore(usuallyaround850degrees),soincalcinerwithappropriatefuelwillnotcausethehighexhausttemperaturewillnotcausekilnfeedtemperatureistoohigh,andonlythematerialinthefurnaceisnotwelldispersedandunevendistributionofthecaseanditsexportswillcausethehightemperatureofexhaustgasinthefurnace.Therefore,whenthekilnandtheascendingpipetemperatureishigh,cannoteasilybelievethatdecomposingfurnacemorefuel,andshouldcarefullyanalyzethereasons,adoptthecorrectmethodofoperation.Ingeneral,thesituationwillgraduallyimproveaslongasalittleofthekilnfuelisreducedandaportionofitsreductionisaddedtothecalciner.
Twoofthefuzzyknowledgeisthattheburningtemperatureislowandtheclinkerispoor,whichisthoughttobecausedbylessfuel.Evenwhenthecombustioncapacityofkilnhasreachedthelimit,theamountofkilnfuelisincreased,andthekilnheadtemperatureisfurtherlowered,andthetemperatureofkilnendsystemistoohigh.Thiswrongoperationwillalsoleadtoareductionofatmosphereinthekiln,resultinginseriouscrustformation,longandthickcrustandevenringformation.Theventilationandcombustioncapacityofkilnhasacertainlimit.Inthecaseofnoexcesscombustionair,increasingthetemperatureofthefuelkilnheadwillnotincreasebutdecrease.Thistruthisgenerallyunderstand,butsomepeopleencounterakilnheadtemperatureislowbutalwaysincreasekilnfuel,especiallynotinthefeedingamountofcombustionairisnotsurplussituation,stillmorefuelintothekiln.Theauthorbelievesthatthereisonesimpleprinciplefortheincreaseofkilnfuel,thatis,thereisnoneedtoincreasethekilnfueluntilthecarbonmonoxideinthekilnexhaustispresentandthecarbonmonoxideisremovedbeforeadjustingthesystemstatus.Soifthekilnheadtemperatureislow,shouldfirstanalyzethereasons,suchaslackofcombustionair,shouldtrytoincreasetheamountofventilation;thewindmachinehasbeenopenedtothelimit,youshouldanalyzewhetherthelargequantitiesofmaterial,whetherthethreebrakeplatesdidnotadjustwell,whetherinsidethekilncircle,andadjustandsuitabletreatmentwhenthekilnis:
ifthedecompositionrateislow,shouldincreasethedecompositionfurnacefuelinsteadofkilnfuel;suchascoolingmachineoflowefficiencytwoairtemperatureislow,withcoolingmachineforprocessing.Inshort,weshouldanalyzethespecificsituation,butnotincreasethefuelconsumptionofthekilnhead,buttheresultiscounterproductive.
Two、controlandadjustthesystemventilation
Inthecaseofreasonableamountoffuelandfeedinthekiln,thepropercontrolofthecombustionairforthefuelisthecontrolprincipleofthesystemventilation.Generalistowastegasofkiln,decompositionfurnaceandpreheaterexitanalysisofventilationsystemtocontroltheoxygencontentofthethreepartsshouldberespectivelyat2%,2%~3%,3%~4%,atthesametimeshouldtrytoavoidtheemergenceofcarbonmonoxide.Controlmethodsincludeadjustingexhaustfanspeed(orthrottleopening),adjustthethreebrakeplateopeningetc..Byadjustingtheprimaryairvolume,thecoolingmachinedrum,theexhaustairvolumeandthebypassairflow,etc.,theventilationofthesystemcanalsobeadjusted.TheauthorsfoundthataconsiderablenumberofoperatorshadCOinthebypassexhaustwhenoperatingakilnoutsidethekilnthathadabypasssystem,
Whenthecontentneedstobereduced,itisnottoincreasethebypassquantity,butinstead,theCOinthetailgasofkilnwillbefurtherincreased.Theatmosphereofthekilnwillbefurtherincreasedandthekilnconditionwilldeterioratefurther.TheCObypassfromthekiln(onlywhendecomposingfurnaceburningoilnozzleandcokingcoalandcoaloroilfeedingduetounevenmaterialcollapsewhenCOwillbypassfromthedecomposingfurnace,andexhaustgasbypass)becausethesamplingdeviceisgenerallyinstalledinthebypassmixingchamber,sothecontentofCOvaluethanmuchlessinthekiln.WhenthereisCOinexhaustgasthatbypasskilnCOmore,thenweshouldadjustthemeasuresincludeincreasingtheamountofbypass,andshouldnotreducethedischargevolumeofbypass.
Three,kilnoutsidedecompositionkilnisnottheoutput,thelowerthebetterburning
Outsidekilnprecalcingkilndecomposingfurnace,kilnpreheaterandrisingpipeatalllevels,connectingpipesaredesignedaccordingtotheflowrate,toensurethatthematerialcanbeinasuspendedstate,withairmovementandhavehigherseparationefficiency.Thewindspeedisdependentontheamountofairandtheamountofthesystemwhentheequipmentspecificationisset.Correspondingtotheoptimumwindspeedthroughoutthesystem,thereisacorrespondingoptimumamountoffeed.Inthissense,thekiln'soutputisbeloworabovetheoptimumyield.Theeffectofexcessiveproductiononforcedcalcinationiswellknown,whilelowproductionresultsinthefollowingconsequencesduetolowwindspeed:
1.materialsinthesystemofstackingandcollapseunderappropriateconditions
Whenthewindspeedisloweverywhere,easymaterialinpreheater,decompositionofsomesmallplatform,smallangleconepartsinsidethefurnacestack,accumulatedtoacertainextentwhenthewindspeedchanges,theaccumulatedmaterialwilllosestabilityandcollapseintotheair.Becausethewindspeedislow,thesematerialsgreatlyexceedthenormalamountmaynotbeuniformlydispersedintheair,butintheabsenceofappropriateheatexchangeofsinkingintothekilnandquicklyjumpedintotheburningzone.Thermalsystemalthoughthisprocesstimeisshortbutitwillbringseriousinterferenceofkiln,firingtemperaturesuddenlydecreased,theshorttermclinkerburningkiln;instantaneouspoorventilationappearsreducingatmosphere;thelengthandpositionofeachzoneinthekiln,kilnbrickchanges,causedbyskindamage;exothermicreactionzonesuddenlymovedforward,aftertheringandotherseriousconsequences.Withthebypasssystemofthekiln,becausethematerialcollapsegenerallyafterbypassoutlet,sotheashquantityincreaseanddecreasetheefficiencyofbypassmaterialcollapsealsocause.
Whenthekilnoutputislowforotherreasons,thekilnconditioniseasytofluctuate.Theperformanceofthenegativepressuremeterfluctuatesfrequently,thekilndrivingcurrent(ortorque)cannotbestable,andthetemperatureofburningishighandlow.Thesephenomenaarecausedbythecollapseofthematerial.
2.materialdispersionisnotgood
Inthepreheaterandcalcinerinthewindpipematerialevenlysuspendedintheair,theheattransferefficiencyishigh,butifthefeedingamountislow,theventilationrate,lowwindspeed,thedispersioneffectisallnotgood,resultinginsystemoflowheatefficiency,easyaccumulationandmaterialcollapse.Kilninlowyieldwhenhighheatconsumptionofclinkercoolingunitinadditiontotheproportionoflarge,anotherreasonisthatthematerialdispersionisnotgood,theheathasnotbeenfullyutilized.
