15000吨/年PC/ABS共混料挤出造粒生产工艺设计
摘要
综述了PC树脂、ABS树脂单一材料的性能以及PC/ABS共混料的性能,近年来我国PC/ABS共混料的发展现状以及国内外的一些研究进展,知道了PC/ABS共混料在国内的应用与发展前景,尤其是在电器外壳方面方面。
PC/ABS共混料比起单一的PC树脂、ABS树脂具有更加优越的力学性能与更好的适应性能,可以适应更多不同的使用环境。
本设计详细的介绍了PC/ABS共混料的挤出工艺,PC/ABS共混造粒生产线的工艺并不复杂,选择普遍使用的双螺杆挤出造粒的成型方法生产PC/ABS粒料,通过配方筛选、物料衡算、设备选型、工艺参数控制等过程对整个工艺流程作了较为详尽的阐述。
并从降低成本、提高性能、应用前景等各方面考虑设计了较为合理的PC/ABS共混造粒生产配方和留有发展潜力的生产设备,计算其生产车间所需的各种生产设备和总投资成本,对实际投资建设PC/ABS共混料造粒生产车间的各个方面具有积极的指导作用。

Abstract
PCresin,ABSresin,summarizedthesinglematerialperformanceandtheperformanceofthePC/ABSblendmaterial,PC/ABSblendmaterialsinourcountryinrecentyearsthedevelopmentofthestatusquoandsomeresearchprogressbothathomeandabroad,andknowthatthePC/ABSblendmaterialsindomesticapplicationanddevelopmentprospects,especiallyintheareaofelectricalenclosure.PC/ABSblendmaterialscomparedwithsinglePCresin,ABSresinhasbettermechanicalpropertiesandbetteradapttotheperformance,theuseofmorecanadapttodifferentenvironment.Thisdesigndetailedintroducestheextrusionprocess,thePC/ABSblendmaterialsofPC/ABSblendgranulationproductionlineprocessisnotcomplicated,choosecommonlyuseddoublescrewextrusiongranulationformingmethodofPC/ABSmaterial,throughtheformulationselection,materialbalance,equipmentselection,processparametercontrolprocessofthewholeprocessindetailsinthispaper.Andfromthelowercosts,improveperformance,applicationandsoonvariousaspectstoconsiderdesignamorereasonableformulaofPC/ABSblendgranulationproductionandproductionequipment,withthedevelopmentpotentialofcalculatingthevarietyofproductionequipmentfortheproductionworkshopandtotalcostofinvestment,theactualinvestmentconstructionofPC/ABSblendmaterialsgranulationallaspectsoftheproductionworkshophasapositiveguidingrole.
