Abstract
ThethesisadvisesmiddleschoolEnglishteacherstogetridoftheoldpatternofexam-orientededucationinteachingthenewEnglishtextbookandpromotethestrategyofeffectivelead-ins.Effectivelead-insfosterstudents’interestinstudy,arousetheircravingforknowledge,developstheirmindandmakesthembecomemorewillingtostudy.Asaresult,itmayenhanceclassroomefficiency.Moreover,itcancultivatestudents’up-and-comingloftysentimentandachievethegoalofimpartingknowledgeandeducatingpeople.

摘要
本文提倡中学英语教师摈弃教学中陈旧的应试教育模式,提倡用有效的导入的策略。
这样一方面可以培养学生学习的兴趣,激发学生的求知欲,拓展学生的思维,使学生乐于学,从而在潜移默化中提高了课堂教学的效果。
另一方面,可以培养学生积极进取的高尚情操,达到真正教书育人的目的。

WiththereformofjuniormiddleschoolEnglishtextbooksinrecentyears,werecognizethenecessityforreformsinEnglishteaching.Undersuchcircumstances,manyteachersandeducators,whohavetheforesight,havebeenengagedintheresearchofnewteachingapproaches,whichcanbeadaptedtothenewtextbook.However,teachersareforcedtoteachthenewtextbookwitholdmethods,becauseofthe“baton”ofcollegeentranceexamination.Furthermore,oldmethodsofassessmentarestillbeingusedtoevaluatetheteachinglevelofaschoolorateacher,whichresultsinmanyteachers’lazinessandfearforreforms.Theyadoptthepaststructuredteaching.Actually,theyareignoringanddisobeyingtherequirementofcultivatingstudents’abilityoflanguagecommunication.Insteadofleadingin,manyteachersjustcometothepointdirectly,explaininggrammarandvocabularyandthendoingsomemechanicalvocabularyexercisesandtrainingsentencepatterns.Thus,foralongtime,theever-lastinganddullteachingmethodsnowonderwouldgiverisetostudents’wearinessandlossofinterestinstudy,whichdirectlyinfluencestheimprovementofclassroomefficiency.
Fromthis,thereshouldberesearchesonthenewNationalEnglishCurriculum’srequirementforjuniormiddleschoolEnglishteachingamongteachersandtheyshouldmakeeffortstosearchfornewteachingmethodssuitableforthenewtextbook.Classroomteachingisanartwithmanyintegratinginformative,interesting,ideologicalandartisticaspects.Onlywhenitiscarriedoutwell,canitimprovetheclassroomefficiencyandarousestudents’interestinstudy.Actually,amongthefactorsthataffectclassroomefficiencyandstimulatestudents’interest,afive-minutelead-inplaysaveryimportantrole.Asthefirststeptowardsbuildingtherelationshipbetweenteachersandstudents,aswellasthewarm-upexercisesduringthewholeteachingactivities,thislead-incanmaketheentireteachinggosmoothlyandharmoniously.Undoubtedly,onceateacherwinsthestudents’attention,enthusiasmforstudyandinterest,heorshewillachievehalfsuccessofclassroomteaching.
