Abstract
Intheworld'soilresourcesshortageandthegrimsituationofglobalwarming,theconstructionoflowcarbonvehicleswillbecometheautoindustryanewdevelopmentdirection.Currentresearchofelectricvehiclesaroundtheworldhasenteredthewhite-hot.Peopletrytomakeitbecomeamainstreaminthe21stcenturythedevelopmentoftheautomobile.Electricvehiclecharginginfrastructureisanimportantpartoftheelectriccarindustrychaincannotbeignoredin,atthesametimeofdevelopingelectricvehicleindustryalsoshouldfullytakeintoaccountthedevelopmentofthecharginginfrastructure,sothedesignofelectricvehiclechargingpileanditscontrolmethodofstudyisverynecessary.

1Introduction
Countriesintheworldtopromoteenergyconservationandenvironmentalprotection,ofwhichtheword"lowcarbon"everyonenotunfamiliar,carbonemissionsintoday'scarisbigger,theindustryalsograduallyfocusonlowcarbonfield.Theautoindustry'scarbonemissionishigherandhigher.Toberaisingindustrydevelopmentandthebalanceofenvironmentalemissions,theautomobileindustryfacedwiththetransformationofdevelopment.Intheworld'soilresourcesshortageandtheserioussituationofglobalwarming,theglobalautoindustryuniformstandardswillreferencetocarbonemissionsstandards,leadingtheglobalautoindustrydevelopmentbetter.Electriccarscomparedtotraditionalpetrolpoweredcars,intermsofenvironmentalprotectionandenergysavingshowstheoutstandingadvantages.Theelectriccarhasmanyadvantages,suchaslesspollutionemissions,highefficiency,lownoise,lowrunningcost,etc.,ithastheseadvantagesinreducingairpollutionandenergyshortageisofgreatsignificance.
2Electricvehiclecharginginfrastructure
