Industrialclusterisaninternalregularityoftheindustrydevelopment,andalsotheobjectivedemandofresourceallocation.AsAmerica'shigh-techinformationindustryclustersinsilicon-valley,WallStreet'sfinance,Hollywoodentertainment,andCaliforniawineindustrialarethecoreofsustainedeconomicgrowthpoleofthesecountriesandregions.Morethan70percentofthemanufacturingindustryinItalyrealizedtheachievementof"smallandmedium-sizedenterprises"intheworld.ThemanufacturingindustryclusterinTokyoJapanforms"thetogetherfoundationofmechanicalindustry".IndiaBangalore,knownas"siliconvalleyofAsia",isastrongtypicalinusingindustrialclustertodevelopsoftware,andquicklygainglobalindustrialcompetitiveadvantage.ChinaTaipeiscienceandtechnologyindustrialpark,ZhejiangandGuangdongcharacteristicindustrialmanufacturingbasesarepresentingexuberantvitality.AsMichaelporter(Port),professorofHarvardUniversity,pointedout,"clusteristhefactorsthatgoverntheeconomyintheworldtoday,itistheremarkablecharacteristicsofeachnationaleconomyandregionaleconomyandevenurbaneconomy,economicallydevelopedcountriesanddevelopingcountriesareso".
First,characteristicsandtrendsofindustrialclusterdevelopment
Industrialclusterisanewspacebetweeneconomicorganization,whichisintheregiontospecificindustryorproduct(usuallyinadominantindustryasthecoreofenterpriseanditsrelated)andsupportingagencies(includingmanufacturers,suppliers,customers,localgovernmentandintermediaryorganizations,etc),theknowledgeoncomparativelystablecooperationanddivisionofcrisscrossnetworkisindustrialorganizationandcoordinationofspatialagglomeration,betweenmarketandhierarchyrepresents.Atruemeaningofindustrialclusteratleastincludethefollowingthreefeatures:

Two,fromthemanagementstrategy,wecanseeindustrialclustersareglobalization,basedonchainorcommoditychains,multinationalelementsintegrationdevelopmentbecomesahabit.Ononehand,theeconomicglobalizationisanimportantcarrierthroughinternalandmultinationalcompany-betweencapitalandlabor,technologyandinformationflowtoclusterofglobaldevelopmentandnotasingleprocess.Ontheotherhand,inordertoadapttothechallengesofglobalizationcompetitionwithglobalization,thelocalindustryclustersmusttreattheregionaldevelopmentinperspectiveofglobal,learnfromanduseglobalintegrationofresources,payattentiontotheintegrationofregionalclusterwithinteractiveandnotconfinedtothelocalresourcescomprehensiveutilization.Localindustryclusterintheedgeneedstostrengthenthecontactwiththecoreindustrialinformationandcaptureopportunities.
Three,fromthedevelopmentdirectionthatcontrolofhigh-techclustersisenhancingandtechnicalclusterisevolutionintechniquedirection.Takinghigh-newtechnologyasthecharacteristicofindustryclusteristhehighlevelofindustrialclusters,forhigh-techindustrycluster,technologicalinnovationisthemostimportantmeansofcompetition.Commonsenseoftheindustrialclustersisinordertomakefulluseoftheadvantageresources,chasingeconomicbenefitsingeneratedclusters.Theproductionprocessiscomposedbyseveralcompaniesaccordingtodifferentconditions,moreflexibleproductwithelasticcomponentofenterpriseproductionnetwork.Butalongwiththeeconomicglobalizationandthedevelopmentofnetworktechnology,moreflexibleproduction,supplychainextensionandspecializedcooperation,commonfunctionofmaterialresourceswithtechnologyinnovation,weakeningthewinneristhedominant,mustcausethehigh-techclustersofincreasingcontroltechnologyofnationalindustryclustertendtogenerategloballinkageandinfluence,thusbecomethedirectionofindustrialclusterdevelopment.
Second,theregionalbrandeffectinindustrialcluster
