Thenormalerrorofthepunchdieisthepracticableerrorwhenthefistcuttergrindingandthelastcuttergrindingbeforethedieproducethelastqualifiedproduct.Astheincreaseofcuttergrinding,causedthemeasurethenaturewearofthediesaregradualincreasing,theerrorofpunchingpartincreasealso,sothepartsareblewproof.Andthediewillbeunused.Theholeonthepartandinnerbecausethemeasureofwearwillbesmallandsmallgradually,anditsoutsideformwillbelagerinthesamereason.Therefore,theholeandinnerforminthepartwillbemademouldaccordingtoone-waypositivedeviationornearlyequaltothelimitmaxmeasure.Inlikemanner,thepunchingpart’sappearancewillbemademouldaccordingtoone-waynegativedeviationornearlyequaltolimitminimeasure.Forthiswillbebroadenthenormalerror,andthecuttergrindingtimeswillbeincreased,thelifewillbelong.

AtthewholeprocesswhentheNewpunchingdiebetweenjustinputproductiontodiscard,thechangelessmastererrorthatinqualifiedpartarecalledfixederror.It’smagnitudeisthedeviationwhenthedieproductionqualifiedproductsbeforethefirstcuttergrinding.Alsoistheinitialerror,butthediehaveinitialpunchingaccuracyatthistime.Becauseoftheabradeofparts,thedieaftergrindingwillbechangethedimensionerror.Andtheincrementofdeviationwilloversizeasthetimesofcuttergrinding.Sothepunchingaccuracyaftercuttergrindingalsocalled“grindingaccuracy”andlowertaninitialaccuracy.Thefixederrordependontheelementsfactorasfollowed:
