Theprojectwillstartoneweekafteritisapprovedandthebudgetismadeavailable.Itwilltakeapproximatelythreemonthstofinish,withtwoandahalfmonthsneededtoremodelthenewshop,oneweektomovetheshopfromthepresentsitetothenewlocation,andoneweektomakethefinalpreparation.
Istronglybelievethatthisexpansionplanwouldenableusnotonlytomeetthedemandsandneedsofthecustomersonthiscampus,butalsoofthosewholiveinthisarea.Therearenodecentcrossstitchshopsaroundthearea.Awell-quippedcrossstitchshoplikethisonewouldattractcustomersfromotheruniversitiesandlocalresidents.Withthenewcrossstitchshop’scapacity,wewouldstillhaveroomstoexpandwhennewbusinessopportunitiesappear.

Crossstitchshop,aprivatelyowned,asmallstoreunderabusinessbuilding,mainlycarriessemi-finishedcrossstitchproducts,finishedproducts,framingservicesandothercrossstitchrelatedgoods.Thethemeismainlyforschoolgirlsandyoungladies.Itislocatednexttoonelargecomplexsupermarket,andattractsalargenumberofcustomers.
However,thecrossstitchshoponlyoccupiesanareaof50squaremeters,inwhichtwothirdsistheshoppingareaandonethirdthestorageroom.Thisishinderingtheshopfromexpandingitsservices.Themanagementplannedtoofferawiderrangeofservices,butthetightspacehasconstrainedsuchplans.

Financialperformance
