ThisstandardisissuedunderthefixeddesignationF1554;thenumberimmediatelyfollowingthedesignationindicatestheyearoforiginaladoptionor,inthecaseofrevision,theyearoflastrevision.Anumberinparenthesesindicatestheyearoflastreapproval.Asuperscriptepsilon(e)indicatesaneditorialchangesincethelastrevisionorreapproval.
1.Scope
1.1Thisspecificationcoversstraightandbent,headedandheadless,carbon,carbonboron,alloy,orhigh-strengthlow-alloysteelanchorbolts(alsoknownasanchorrods).TheAnchorboltsarefurnishedinthreestrengthgrades,twothreadclasses,andinthesizesspecifiedinSection4.
1.2Theanchorboltsareintendedforanchoringstructuralsupportstoconcretefoundations.Suchstructuralsupportsincludebuildingcolumns,columnsupportsforhighwaysigns,streetlightingandtrafficsignals,steelbearingplates,and
similarapplications.
1.3SupplementaryrequirementsareincludedtoprovideforGrade55weldablesteel,permanentmanufacturersandgradeidentification,andimpactpropertiesforGrades55and105.
1.4ZinccoatingrequirementsareincludedinSection7forApplicationsrequiringcorrosionprotection.
1.5Therecommendedgradeandstyleofnutandwasherareincludedin6.6and6.7foreachgrade.
1.6Thisspecificationdoesnotcovertherequirementsformechanicalexpansionanchors,powder-activatednailsorstuds,oranchorboltsfabricatedfromdeformedbar.
1.7Thevaluesstatedininch-poundunitsaretoberegardedasthestandard.Thevaluesgiveninparenthesesareforinformationonly.

1.适用范围
1.1本规范适用直的和弯的,带头和不带头,碳钢或者碳磞钢,合金钢,或者高强度低合金锚栓(即锚杆)。
提供的锚栓根据3个强度等级,两个螺纹等级,和尺寸在第4章进行分类。
1.2这种锚栓或者锚杆指的是锚固支撑在混泥土上的构件,比如建筑物的柱子,高速公路指示牌,信号灯,路灯的支撑柱,垫板或者类似的构件。
1.3对于55级(380MPa)可焊接钢材有其他附加要求,55级(380Mpa)和105级(725MPa)共同附加要求包括:

3.Terminology
3.1DefinitionsofTermsSpecifictoThisStandard:
3.1.1anchorbolt—asteelrodorbar,oneendofwhichisintendedtobecastinconcrete,whiletheoppositeendisthreadedandprojectsfromtheconcrete,foranchoringothermaterialtotheconcrete.Theendcastinconcretemaybeeitherstraightorprovidedwithananchorsuchasabenthook,forgedhead,oratappedorweldedattachmenttoresistforcesimposedontheanchorbolt,asrequired.
3.1.2manufacturer—themanufactureroftheanchorbolt;thepartythatperformsthecutting,bending,andthreadingoperations.
3.1.3producer—themanufacturerofthesteelrodsorbars.
3.1.4purchaser—thepurchaserofthefinishedanchorbolt,orhisdesignatedagent.

5.OrderingInformation
5.1Ordersforanchorboltsshouldincludethefollowinginformation:
5.1.1Quantity(NumberofPieces)—Ifthepurchaserintendstoperformdestructivetestsonfinishedanchorbolts,themanufacturershouldbeadvisedsothatanadequatenumberareproduced,especiallyforthesizesandtypesnotreadilyavailablefromstock.
5.1.2Nameofproduct(steelanchorbolt).
5.1.3ASTMdesignationandyearofissue.
5.1.4Gradeandclass,thatis,Grade36,55,or105and
Class1Aor2A.WeldableGrade55maybefurnishedwhenGrade36isordered.(See4.1.)
5.1.5Copper,ifcopperbearingsteelisrequired.
5.1.6SizeandDimensions—includethediameterandthreads(basedonnominalthreaddiameter),boltlength,threadlength,andlengthofhookifahookisrequired,orprovideadrawingshowingtherequiredinformation.
5.1.7Zinccoatingsinaccordancewith7.1.Whenzinccoatingsinaccordancewith7.1arerequired,specifythezinccoatingprocesstobeused,thatis,hotdip,mechanicallydeposited,ornopreference.(See7.1.)Also,specifythelengthtobecoatedasmeasuredfromtheexposedend.

3.术语说明
3.1本标准条款的解释
3.1.1锚栓:
一种钢棒,一端预埋在混泥土中钢棍,另一头带螺纹以便固定其他结构物到混泥土面上。
埋入混泥土的部分可能是直的也可能带有锚固附件比如:
弯钩,加大头,锻件或者焊上附属构件,这种接头可以抵抗施加在锚栓上的外力。
3.1.2制造商:
锚栓的制造商;对锚栓进行切割,弯曲和螺纹加工的单位
3.1.3生产商:
提供钢棒或者钢杆的单位。
3.1.4采购方:
购买锚栓或者锚栓设计的机构
3.1.5责任方:
见第18章节;制造商或者是供应商。
3.1.6供应商:
向采购方提供锚栓成品的商家,或许是制造商。
4等级划分
4.1锚栓根据最小屈服强度划分为三个强度等级,根据螺纹划分两个螺纹等级:

如果36等级的钢材标有该符号,建议供应商使用可焊55的级的钢材替代。
5.订单信息
锚栓的订单必须包括以下信息:
5.1.1数量(构件的数量),如果采购方打算在成品上进行破坏性试验,必须事先通知制造商,使其生产额外出额外的构件,特别是对于尺寸或者样式不容易从市场上获得的构件。
5.1.2产品的名称(钢锚栓)
5.1.3ASTM标准及其发布年份
5.1.4标明强度等级和螺纹等级即:
36级,55或者105级和1A或者2A的螺纹等级。
如果订单是36级的,最好事先准备可焊的55级锚栓(见4.1条)
5.1.5注明铜含量,如果钢有含铜量的要求
5.1.6注明尺寸——包括直径和螺纹线长度(根据名义直径),锚栓长度,螺纹长度,和如果有弯钩的话,弯钩的长度,或者提供一张图纸标明尺寸。
5.1.7镀锌要求根据7.1条。
当根据7.1要求进行镀锌时,要求进行特定的镀锌工艺即热浸锌,机械镀锌,或者没有要求(见7.1节)。
标明要镀锌的长度即从外露头测量的距离。

6.MaterialsandManufacture
6.1Process—Steelforanchorboltsshallbemadebytheopen-hearth,basic-oxygen,orelectric-furnaceprocess.
6.2Threading—Threadsshallberolled,cut,orgroundattheoptionofthemanufacturer,unlessotherwisespecified.
6.3HeatTreatment:
6.3.1Whenrequired,theanchorboltsmaybeheattreatedtodevelopthespecifiedproperties.Heattreatmentshallbeattheoptionofthemanufacturer.
6.3.2Heattreatmentmaybeperformedpriortoorafterbendingorthreading.
6.3.3Whenheattreatmentisrequired,theanchorboltsshallbeheattreatedbyquenchinginaliquidmediumfromabovethetransformationtempera
