‘Thescholarlystyleofstudy,teachersandstudentslearningobjectives,learningattitude,learningdisciplineandotheraspectsoflearningstyle.throughtheideological,organizationaldevelopment,institutionbuildingandtheenvironment,andgraduallyformagoodtradition.‘Classroomlearningisthemainchannelofstudentlearning,studentorganizationsasasecondclassstudentstolearnausefulcomplementtothemainchannel.Therefore,thestudyofstudentsinvocationalandtechnicalcommunitycollegesAtmosphereroleofgreatsignificance.
VocationalandTechnicalTeachersCollegestatusAtmosphereInhighereducationhasbeentransferredfromtheelitestageofeducation,populareducationinthecontextofthetimes,studentsareincreasinglyhigh-qualitybrand-nameschoolstofocus,coupledwithsocialchangesoftheimpact,relativetothepast,thequalityofuniversitystudentsafterenrollmentdecreasedinVocationalandTechnicalTeacherscolleges,theproblemXiandemoresevere.Whilevigorouslydevelopvocationaleducationisthekeytonationaleconomictransformation,butalsotheeducationplaninthefutureworkwithinZhongxinlonger时期one,butthegeneralconsensusofsocietynotyetformed,noRenshischoolpersonneltrainingtothedevelopmentofsuchprospects,therefore,vocationalandtechnicalcollegesinherentqualityofstudents,studentsofvaryingstructure,somestudentsdidnotformgoodstudyhabits,therebyaffectingthestyleofstudy.
Collegestudentsinthestudy,theexistingproblemsare:
First,absent,late,leaveearly,eatsnacksandotherundesirablephenomenaschoolmore,andsecond,loveoflearningforstudentsthatdonottestoften‘hangingbranches,’hedoesnotagree,threeisSomestudentsdonotfirmlygrasptheprofessionalknowledge,professionaldevelopmentisunknown,andnoconfidenceintheprospectsforprofessional.
LearningandtherelationshipbetweenstudentorganizationsStyleofstudyforstudents,schools,teachers,theresultof,studythecultureandhabitsislearning.Studentslearntherearethreebasicmodes,namely,higherlevelsofteacherparticipation-based,studentself-based,participatorysociety.
Higherlevelsofteacherparticipationinthislearningmodelemphasizestheknowledge-basedsystem,thelogicalapproachtoorganizationallearning,wherethemainbodyofteachersandstudents,teachershelpstudentslearn,theinculcationofknowledge,studentsacceptthetransferofteachers,andthustounderstandthelogicandevolvedintothestorageofknowledge.usethisapproachtolearningisthemainsiteclassrooms,librariesandotherpubliclearningspacesforliberalnatureofgeneraleducation,vocationaltechnicalcollegeshaveacademic,professional,teachercharacteristics,studentThestudycoverstheknowledge,skills,abilitiesandotherpsychologicalcharacteristicsoftherequirements,studentlearninggoalistobecomea‘double’theintegrationofvocationalteacher,sothistypeofdiscipline-basedcoursesarenottakenintoaccountthetrainingneedsoflearnersandskillsformationlaw,studentsinsuchschoolstoinspirecreativityandgrowth.
Thistypeofstudentself-learningmodeemphasizesstudents‘needs,interests,students’interactionwiththeenvironmentintheprocessofcreatingmeaning,creatingknowledge,solearningoutcomesdependsonthestudent’sactiveinvolvementaswellasaricheducationalenvironmentforthestudent-basedcurriculumdesignmostprominentfeatureistheoperatingunitoftheorganizationtotakeshape,ratherthanknowledge,thedivision,withthemobilizationofinterestinlearning,anactiveroleintheobject’sbehaviorofspecificactivitiestoenablestudentstogainknowledge,onthisbasis,theformationofabstractintothesystemonthemainknowledgeofsuchactivitiescannotonlymobilizethestudentsthemselveshavedirectexperienceofthingsrelatedtoactiveobservation,phenomenon,butalsoactivelyexpandtheuseofindirectknowledge,problem-solvingactivitieswhereknowledgeisnotreadytoacceptasameaninglessone-sided,butastaketheinitiativetoorganizethenecessaryfactors.

Fromtheabovethreemodelsoflearning,studentslearnthesecondandthirdclassmodelinvocationalandtechnicalcollegesinthelearningprocessofstudentsoccupyanimportantposition,andstudentorganizationsprovidethemostimportantplaceoforganizationandthestudentcommunityOneofthebiggestfeatureisitsspontaneity,isavoluntarygroupoflike-mindedstudentsacollectionofteam,whosepurposeistouniteandleadallmemberstoself-management,self-education,self-service,topromotethehealthydevelopmentofsociety’sgrowthandsuccesswithcommunitymembersservices,therefore,itisacross-class,gradeandprofessionalstudentorganizations,membershipinwhichnotonlybenefitedfromagoodlearningandresearchenvironment,andexchangesbetweenpeershelpthemintheideological,psychological,learningandotheraspectsofmutuallearningandinteraction,betweentheyearisconducivetogoodstyleofstudytopassthetradition,professionalrolemodelswouldhelptostimulatestudents’motivation.Thereisalsoaprominentfeatureofcommunitycollegestudentsisthatitisabridgebetweenstudentsandsocialcontactsthroughsocialsurveys,blooddonation,volunteerservices,publicwelfareandothersocialactivities,knowledge,andcommunicateatalllevels,willtheylearnintheclassroomknowledgeforsocialpractice,anddeepentheirunderstandingofsocialsciencedisciplinesofdirectexperience,triggeracademicthinking,whilelearningwithasenseofjoythathelpimprovestudentinterestinlearning.
DevelopmentandimpactofstudentorganizationsSuhomlinskisaid:
‘Thesoulofallthestudentstheretobecomeadiscoverer,theaspirationsofresearchersandexplorers.’Headded:
