Abstract:

Airoperatednamelyusestheairpumpandtheairvalvecontrolaircurrent,thepositivegoverningbarometricpressureandthecurrentcapacity,enabletheairtohavethevibration.Theprogrammablecontroller（PLC）istakenthemicroprocessorasthecore,collectioncomputertechnology,theautomatedcontroltechnologyinabodyonenewindustrycontrolsystem.PLChasusedthemodelcomputerstructure,mainlyincludesCPU,RAM,ROMandtheinput/Outputconnectionelectriccircuitandsoon.IfregardsasPLCasystem,thissystemiscomposedbytheinputvariable-PLC-outputvariable,theexterioreachkindofswitchingsignal,thesimulatedsignal,thesensorexaminethesignaltookPLCtheinputvariable,theyinputafterthePLCexteriorposttotheinternalregisterin,afterthePLCinteriorlogicoperationorothereachkindofoperation,processingdeliverstheoutputterminal,theyarethePLCoutputvariable,carriesoneachkindofcontrolbytheseoutputvariablestotheauxiliaryequipment.
