Educationplaysanimportantroleinsociety.That‘stosayweshouldpaymoreattentiontoeducationandstudyveryhard.Themostadvancedcountriesintheworldallplacegreatemphasisoneducation.Almosteverydevelopedcountryhavetheirownmethodofeducationandtakethelawstocausepeoplehavepositiveattitudeofstudy.Nowadays,Chinacomestorealizethegreatimportanceofeducation,andsoastotakemeasurestoimprovethelevelofit.Ourcountryhastakennineyearscompulsoryeducationpolicy.Thatmeansallpeopleshouldgotoschoolfornineyears.Theaimistoincreasepeople’sbasicknowledge.

Asweallknow,Englishisnotourmothertongueandweneedtospendmuchtimeinstudyingit.InmodernChina,moreandmorepeoplepaymoreattentiontoEnglisheducation.InordertostudyEnglishbetter,manyparentssendtheirchildrentoEnglishTrainingCenter.WefindthatEnglishTrainingMarketisapotentialprofitablebusiness.

TheLujingyuancommunityislocatedinGuangguAvenueandthetransportationisveryconvenient.WecanseethatthisareaistherightdistrictthatthejunctionofGuanshanstreetandXiongchuAvenue.Atthebeginningoftheproject,wehavemadeageneralresearcharoundGuanggudistrict.Therearesomanywonderfulplacewherewecansetupourproject,butweconcentrateonLujingyuancommunityultimately.Duetothespecialadvantageswhichweshowgreatinterestin,wemakeadeterminationtosetupourModernEnglishTrainingCenter.

2.1Projectbackground

Tofinishthegraduatedesignandputwhatwehavelearnttopractice,wesetuptheprojectundertheteacher’sinstructionandmember’sstudy.

Fromthelaws,suchas“PrivateEducationPromotionLawofThePeople'sRepublicofChina"and"PrivateEducationPromotionLawofThePeople'sRepublicofImplementationregulations",wecanlearnthattherearesomeitemsmeanttopromotetheChinesePrivateEducation,especiallythedevelopmentofprimaryeducation,whichindicatesthatthegovernmentattachesmuchimportancetoprimaryeducation.Atthesametime,theregulationsalsoillustratethattheauthorityiswillingtoacknowledgeandpromotetheprivateeducation.

57%oftheparentssaidthattheirchildrenresultsisnotbadatschool，and26%kidsgetpoormarksinEnglishlesson.Somostofthestudentsareverylikelytogotocramschool.

Fromthebardiagram,wecanseethatmostoftheparentsbelievethat45minutesalessonisreasonable.

2.6.3Moneyparentswouldpayforthetrainingcourse

Fromthetable,weknowthatabouthalfofthemwouldinvest3,000to5,000RMBforchild’sstudy,whichexactlyfitthecurrenteconomicsituationinWuhan,andobviouslynoonewantshischildtobebehindothers.

2.7TheResultofFeasibilityStudy
