Introduction,researchbackground,analysisoftargetlanguage，problemsandsolutions.Firstofall,theauthorintroducesthesourcetextandthemotivationandpurposeoftranslation;secondly,theauthorhadundertakenafullunderstandingofthewholesourcetextbyusingtheFunctionalequivalencetheoryofNida,also,theauthoranalyzedtheproblemscameupduringtranslation.Theproblemsintranslationincludeproblemsofsyntax,problemsofsemantics,problemsofchoosingwords,problemsofapplicationoftranslationtheory,problemsofapplicationoftranslationskillsandproblemsofunderstandingofcontext.Andinordertosolvetheseproblems,theauthorhadputforwardsometranslationskills,makingattemptstofindsolutionstoeachproblem;finally,theauthorhaddrawnaconclusion,whichincludesthegainsduringthetranslation,limitationsofthetranslationandsuggestionsoftranslation.Keywords:

翻译原文节选于当代著名台湾籍作家白先勇写的中篇小说“玉卿嫂”。

本文主要包括四个部分：

介绍，研究背景，原文文本分析以及问题和解决方法。

文章首先介绍了原文文本以及翻译目的。

然后，作者采用奈达的功能对等理论对全文理解和翻译过程中所出现的问题进行分析，其中主要有句法问题，语义问题，选词问题，翻译理论运用问题，翻译技巧运用问题和语境理解上的问题。

针对所述问题，作者提出一些翻译技巧，尝试为每个问题找到解决方法。

最后，文章总结了此次翻译的收获和不足之处。
