Aslimmajorityofconsumers–51percent–agreethatglobalwarmingwillnegativelyaffecttheirownlives.LatinAmericansarethemostconcerned,withmorethanthreeinfourBraziliansconvincedthatclimatechangewillimpactthempersonally.

NearlyoneinfourAmericanhouseholdsownsfourormoreTVs.Americansarealsoamongthemostlikelytoavoidpayingextraforenvironmentally-friendlyproducts,andtheyconsumemorepackagedandprocessedfoodthanpeopleinmostothercountries.Andsincethe2012survey,moreAmericansaresayingthattheyviewowningabighouseasanimportantgoalintheirlives.

Asinpastsurveys,theworstoffendersexpresstheleastguiltaboutthesizeoftheirenvironmentalfootprint.British,GermanandSwedishconsumersnotonlyfeeltheleastregretbutalsoarethemostlikelysaytheywon’tchangetheirways.
