2.Publicaccessstructures,includingpassageways,elevators,stairs,halls,etc.;
3.Ancillaryfacilitiesandequipment,includingfirecontrolfixturesandequipment,publiclightingfixtures,etc.;
4.Structuralparts,includingrefugefloors,equipmentfloorsorequipmentrooms,etc.;
5.Streetswithinthebuildingarea(excludingurbanpublicstreets);
6.Greenareaswithinthebuildingarea(excludingurbanpublicgreenareasandgreenareasclearlystatedtobepersonal);
7.Otherpublicplaces,publicfacilitiesandspaceusedforrealestateservices,whicharewithinthebuildingarea;

2.IfeitherofthepartiescausesafailuretoenterintoarealestatemortgageloancontractandresultisthattheRealEstatePurchaseandSaleContractmaynotcontinuetobeexecuted,thentheotherPartymayrequestrescissionoftheRealEstatePurchaseandSaleContract.IfPurchasercausesthefailuretoexecutetheRealEstatePurchaseandSaleContract,thenPurchasershallhavenorighttorequestreturnoftheDeposit;ifSellercausesthefailuretoexecutetheRealEstatePurchaseandSaleContract,thenSellershallpaytoPurchasertwicetheamountoftheDeposit.
3.Ifaforcemajeurecausesafailuretoenterintoarealestatemortgageloancontract,whichresultsinafailuretocontinuetoexecutetheRealEstatePurchaseandSaleContract,thenPurchaserandSellerbothhavearighttoaskacourtorarbitrationagencytochangeorrescindtheRealEstatePurchaseandSaleContract.IfthesaidContractisrescinded,thenSellershallreturntoPurchasereitherthedownpaymentoftheTotalPurchasePriceplusinterestortheDepositplusinterest.InterestshallbecalculatedattheloaninterestratesannouncedbythePeople’sBankofChinaduringtherelevantperiod.
